You might want to read http://www.teamliquid.net/advertising/ and/or ask in the Ask TL Staff Anything Thread instead of asking in the wrong thread and being a jackass to someone obeying the commandments by making their first post here.

OK, so I come in with a question that's not covered by the 10 commandments, some guy with their first post either says "read" randomly or just tells me off... with their first post, which is odd... And then the first link you gave me, which isn't related to my question, isn't helpful. (The second one is, still waiting for a reply on that one.) Is it that difficult to say "Yes/No"? Or you could say "Yes/No, check [this link] for the rules." Wouldn't that be so much more efficient? Or is it that important to impose yourself? :/ Also, "self promotion" isn't accurate, so I'm at fault for saying that.

Ill answer it anyways since its obviously bugging you enough to make you start flaming some dude's first post. If you want something like that answered, you should do what you did and ask in the ask tl staff thread. Sometimes staff will miss your question though, or not be qualified to answer when they see it. In this case you can try again in the thread, quoting yourself and asking for an update (wait like 2 days to do this one or you come off as a bit crazy) or you can just pm someone who's higher up in tl. My preference is waxangel because thats who kwark always mentions going to and i find it somewhat amusing. If theres no answer after that, just try posting your thread in the relevant section. If it gets closed, you can either make a thread in website feedback, use the convenient why was my thread closed thread, or just accept that it was against the rules and the mods were busy and couldn't answer you.
