This application looks really solid and useful from what I gather, but I cant find it on Android market, is it paid because I cant buy applications in my country (dunno why) Just use the .apk. It's simple - you connect your phone to the computer, transfer it, open it from file manager, voila or even easier, open this topic on your phone with default browser, download the apk then click on the notification once its done downloading no need for a pc or file manager lol This app is awesome.

Hi, can you describe exactly what is happening? When you first load the app, you should be presented with a login screen. Clicking on "View Forums" should bring you to a forum list. Does your forum list only contain LoL? In that case, push the menu button and click "Refresh Forums".

Thanks. I will look into it.

After refreshing it still only says League of Legends :\

With the latest update, it again doesn't work on my original Motorolla Droid. A previous update fixed it. Latest one... same problem as before.
What happens is it shows the list of forum names "SC2 Tourneys" etc, but once I select any of them, it, for instance, just has SC2 General at the top of the screen, and no threads underneath it. I've tried uninstalling and then redownloading from market. Same problem.

He has the exact same problem and the same phone, Desire HD. Could it be a specific phone problem ?
Also the file you told me to find wasn't there. The path didn't exist.

This is a great app. There is however 1 thing that keeps me using from using this app instead of the browser. I can't see how many pages a thread has and you can't jump to different pages. I don't know if this is possible but it would make an already great app so much better.

Thanks everyone for the input.
I will be releasing a stability patch tonight which may fix some problems.
Jumping to pages numbers and page number display and will be implemented this week.
Over the next week I'll be making major improvements to application stability and performance.

Disregard my last post about not being able to view the threads on my Motorolla Droid. It works now. I think I just uninstalled it last night, reinstalled it, but didn't try it again after due to network issues at the time. It works as intended now.
Thanks for the awesome app!

Version 0.2.18 Released!
Patch Notes:
- Added a settings activity
- Option to load all pages of a thread at once
- Option to disable smart parsing which may improve app stability on some phones at the expense of performance
- Thread page number now displayed in the activity title
|
HTC Desire HD still cannot access the regular forums on 0.2.18.
Upon loading the application you are given the Login/View Forum/etc menu. I select View forum and Only "League of Legends" is there.
Upon refreshing nothing changes.

It's been requested before, but I don't see it in the TODO list. So in case it's forgotten: Please add TL calendar/event listing - http://www.teamliquid.net/calendar/2010/12/#day_16
I bet it's kinda tricky to do, since the events page is so long (for the whole month). That won't be fun to load and render on mobile devices.
I guess the alternative is to parse from TL Google calendar instead: HTML, XML, iCal

Newest update working incredibly smoothly on Evo. Thanks so much for your work.
|
Disabling smart parsing allows the app to work on the HTC Desire HD.

Glad to hear that; how is the performance?

Good, but there are some longish loading times but I blame the poor 3G coverage.
Also I can't compare it to performance with smart parsing as it doesn't work for me! :D

Version 0.2.19 Released!
Patch Notes:
- Added menu option to jump to a specified page in a thread
- Thread activity now displays total number of pages

going to test this on my G2

'My posts' doesn't work at all for me. Not sure if it has worked in the past but I don't see it in known issues. I have a htc desire
Edit: Also this thread doesn't render properly http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=177497 i see some of what looks like utf8 chars. "I’ve" he used a rsquo or something and "Thesaurus™"

Fucking awesome app dude. TLnet is basically the only website I browse on my mobile phone, and since it's a very small Xperia X10 mini I have to scroll all the time to hide the left bar because otherwise there's no space left for the posts themselves. But with your app there's no need for that at all, it's fucking great, thank you!
Small note: No idea why, but when I browsed to the OP, and clicked the link to the .apk, my phone opened it as a .txt, and saved it as a .txt as well when I hit previous and did a "Save link as", so I had to rename it manually to .apk before installing.
