Meat and Naz don't make money from TL, though they would if they sold it.

Not sure what you mean by 'invisible forum', but there are many staff forums you wouldn't be able to access for example unless you're on a certain part of the staff (ie, we have a separate one for the graphics guys, the writers, the banlings, etc. etc.).

Mod notes are just an area where we track moderation activity for each user. Any warning or ban you get is recorded there. Also, if so compelled, any mod can write notes for a particular user so we can refer to it in the future if we need to take any moderating actions.
