Watching from behind the Tech Support forum, you sense that the Triad will be overrun in a matter of minutes. As a lesser mod, you have the ability to spare one of the trio from the ravages of the Internet. But only one. If a person is deemed unfit for modding, they will be removed from staff with a proper explanation (typically after long discussions with the person beforehand). It has happened only a couple of times, but I've always been impressed with how the admins handled the situation. We have a pretty awesome crew of people at the helm here. Yes, it has happened on a couple of occasions over the years. It was never due to anything malicious, just moderation styles that weren't in line with what we wanted TL moderation to be like. I won't give too many details out, but it generally centered around inability to stay objective (no personal bias) while making moderation decisions. | ||
