P.S. Since when is Zeratul still allowed to come to TL events? Drama's over. Zeratul's a good person. Everyone's on good terms. P.S. If there's anything unresolved that I don't know of, please take it to PM.

Could you guys please approach him in real life to ask for your money (or via PM if you won't be there irl)? I'd love to read more posts about the issue, but maybe later.

Going to be updating the Reminders Post shortly! Also going to try to make it easier to read since so many of you are lazy as hell
Everyone attending the event should look over the post, otherwise there's going to be a lot of people that are going to get punched in the face
Edit: The Reminders Post has been updated. + Show Spoiler +It is located directly underneath the Original Post.
I hid the details in spoilers so if you want to be lazy just read whats left. if you want more details read the spoilers

For anyone trying to practice/play on ICCUP Maps. Go to Create Game in SC2, and search for "Popular Maps" and ICCUP and BOOM there's all of the ICCUP maps.

So since we're not having a tournament in December, I've decided to spend that entire month scouting out more sponsors for the future tournaments. Anybody have ideas for smaller businesses that we could pitch to? PM me any ideas, since I will need to direct potential sponsors to this thread.
(and yes, I will be contacting all the big gaming equipment companies.)

hahaha that Pokebunny pic where hes holding cash, is gold! Again, gonna come to chill and all that^^
I want to see someone detrhone poke and beat his damn TvZ build.

(and yes, I will be contacting all the big gaming equipment companies.) nice, sounds pretty cool. I mean it doesn't get much better than Cybercraft but i'm sure there is a bigger venue somewhere in New York that we can find. No I'm not referring to anything in Manhatten... just a thought. Also I don't think any of us have any qualms about having a buy-in. Seeing as it will give incentives for more people to come and have the tournament even more competitive than it already is.

Most likely 64 with loser's. You overestimate the amount of people that trickle in after the first 48 hours of sign-ups.
edit: and yay, flyers :D

I was actually talking more about sponsorship for prizes. I'd like to see some cool gear go to the winners, rather than just pure cash. Of course, if we get a smaller business sponsor, we could just promote them during the live casts and have a larger cash pool.

I know other tourneys I've been to usually have good luck with local gamestop's and other tech stores. I've even been to a CS tournament sponsored by an Apple store, winning team got like ipod nanos or something.

Gamestop. How could I have forgotten. Thanks, I'll go talk to them asap.
edit: looks like their website says that they're not accepting unsolicited sponsorship requests atm. oh wells.
