I watched the MLG finals with Holy_War today and his duplex would definitely work out for a lan event. It's so helpful having him to practice with when I know him, so it would be pretty awesome if we could do a lan event and get to know each other, hang out once in a while, and practice with each other.

And how was the MLG get together?

The party was sweet, i'll prolly need a couple days to recover.

In other news, my video card decided to finish crapping out after a week of battling with it, and I unfortunately have to RMA it

so if anyone has a spare card they could donate for a week or two i'd be their best friend forever, otherwise I'll just be offline for awhile. I'll definitely be looking for any LAN opportunities to practice and stuff.

Lately I've been getting pretty serious about the game. I feel like a complete nerd, but whatever, SC is amazing. I watch streams a ton on TL, send replays to other players to be reviewed, and am just starting to really get into the swing of things. For now LANS sound great, but I'm definitely open to trying out for the CSL, although I'd have to hear more details about it. Also, my laptop runs SC2 perfectly fine, so that won't be an issue
