I played an entire bo3, went and got lunch, talked to some people outside for a half hour came back and theres avilo playing the same protoss dude in the same round I played in...I just started laughing. you should have seen the look on the refs face when avilo lost the hour and a half game and it went to a game 3... :D | ||

Im at work...otherwise I'd look myself. Also, a quick observation. A VAST majority of the games seem under 20 minutes. A good amount even under 10. Can I assume the time reporting on the brackets is incorrect or was there just a lot of early pressure play? I generally feel pros prefer macro battles because they are not afraid of late game mechanics and positioning etc, but even on the championship bracket, it seems like many games were short. I guess I would have expected to see more 30ish minutes games. | ||

I think game length depends more on the player, some players like to play longer macro defensive games (Cough avilo cough) others are more agressive style that play much more harass/attack oriented. Either way their games are quick, either there aggression works and kills the other guy or it gets defended and they get countered and die. | ||
