I've got a decently mobile TV - however I can't really take a ton of time off work. When do the matches start? I don't even know haha.
I'd be down for providing the TV + MLG spectator pass if we've got a place to do it. Maybe I'll call up Cybergrounds and we can hijack the background.

Oh okay, things don't start till 5pm on Friday. Plus we get free HD Friday night so we should do something then - can decide if we want to do weekend / get an HD pass / whatevs.
My TV isn't gigantic, I think it's either 27" or 32" (can't remember lols) so I can move it around pretty easily, + my uberlaptop.
Just need a place with good internets and a place to hang out. :D

How many people are interested? I just moved into a new place in vienna with a big screen (about 4 miles from cyberground). I need to see if we can get internet on it--maybe---and my new roommates area nerds as well. Might be able to swing it.

If you have internet I can just bring my laptop + HDMI cables and we'll be set. I have a giant like...50' cat5 cable too if we need to just string it along to your router if you don't have wireless, haha.

9 ft tall Mike, you probably have a big place, since you're 9 feet tall and all.
Party at your house? I'll call Cybergrounds in the morning and see if they'll let me pirate a network connection + set up a TV in back if we have interest. :p

I believe Ayesee and Redmagejr said that they'd be doing the same thing at CG. I'm not sure if they mentioned which days (if not all three), but they said it would be complete with goodies and HQ stream. Donations (even $1) would be accepted to help fund everything.

Wait wait.... if someone does set up an open viewing party I would love to get details. The LAN I went to 2 weeks ago (TY Luckyfool) was a great time, I cant imagine this being any less fun.

Btw Chris - only 4 hours?!? Google says 7hr 20min @ 400 miles from Springfield to Columbus. Just how fast are you driving???

worked 8 hours, drove 7 hours... ran around downtown columbus for an hour. made idra wait in line behind me as I checked into the hotel. yup productive day.
