The only thing worse about supports not warding is supports buying wards and holding on to them. I get that sometimes it's not safe to ward since the area is potentially dangerous but you shouldn't be waiting until 20+ min into the game to place your first ward. It's kinda frustrating to see your support carrying 6 wards while he afk watches you last hit creeps.

Every single AP game goes like this -If I Pick/random early something not a support -> Team proceeds to pick 4 carries -If I Pick/random a support early -> Team proceeds to pick 4 supports -If I wait until they pick -> nobody picks anything -> I end up picking -> Team picks 4 Carries/support depending on what I picked. -Team picks a lineup that kinda makes sense -> Proceed to go for retarded lanes.
Meanwhile ennemy team picks Mirana/Invoker/Furion every single game...
I really dont undersant why AP is the most played mode. Like seriously, the one single thing that I regret from switching from LoL is the ranked draft mode which is so much better :/

There's a 'random draft' mode in unranked that I find a lot of fun. I really wish it existed in dota2 with all pick, and was playable in ranked.
Although I still get a bit miffed when I wind up picking last on the team, and forced into support since everyone picked carries.

Lich is the only support on the team. Goes to lane with 0 items so he can rush energy booster-> mana boots -> aghs. Game before that Chen goes Midas -> Dagon 5.

To people who think matchmaking with stacks in it isn't broken I present you: 2+1+1+1 vs 5 stack
A 5-stack who smoke ganked/TP ganked (Furion) mid with four people at 5 minutes because I was successfully zoning out their Invoker. Against a duo and three solo players, including an Enigma and Tidehunter both of whom kept backing off rather than initiating.
Sorry but no, you're NEVER going to convince me this is balanced. GIVE BACK THE DAMN SOLO QUEUE.

It really depends on how the game is going. If I'm not too far behind then I'll skill it at 6 since that means that I won't melt instantly if I want to use it. If I'm really far behind (which is usually the case since #5 have no exp/money) then I won't skill it until I've got something.

you can max her nukes first and delay ult, it used to be fairly common to get ult at 10/11 nowadays people tend to get the first point in ult earlier at around lvl ~8 with 4-1-2-1 or a similiar skillbuild.

First point of ult at 6 is fine, even with lots of opposing stuns. If you use it in a teamfight, and someone fires a stun at you, cool, a stun not used on someone more important. But honestly even with a few stuns, you can watch for them, and use ult after they've been used for terrible, terrible damage.

I almost never skill CM ult until very late in the game, nor do I think one should as a general rule. Aura gives your team a lot more then the off-chance you might get a good ult off.

1-4-1-1 every game. Enfeeble isn't only to prevent last hitting... enfeeble on the right target can turn ganks around in an instant. You should not be spamming it.

enemy team has 3 stuns -> you ulti -> they stun you -> enemy team now has 2 stuns -> your team can do more dmg cause 1 less stun enemy team has 3 stuns -> you ulti -> they dont stun -> you deal tons of damage

Maybe I got it all wrong, but the reason you dont skill CM ulti as far as i understood is because of the mana cost. And without any other items you'll be pretty restricted in your Q/W usage if you want to have mana for your ult + something else. Same as for venomancer and a few others. No point skilling it if it means you only have mana for your ult pretty much. The amount of stuns present shouldnt be much of a factor.

The int nerf in 6.80 made this the case especially so
