they should really do a mix between all pick and random draft, it would be the best for the ranked game (random draft picking system + every hero available)

this, you pick and ban a hero and take turn like random draft. i fucking hate all pick and solo cm in ranked is out of the question.
my own qq: last 2 games played, both slark, first game 31-8-21: lost. next game 7-1-4: lost. its been like this for the majority of my games after ranked mm patch. i destroy my lane, other 2 lanes tries to balance the game by feeding the other team even harder.
I have a theory that because ranked mm split the player base into 2, the chance of noobs being on my team have increased dramatically because of it.

Yesterday I waited until 10 seconds before start to pick a hero around what my teammates pick. Even the opposing team picked all their heroes (surprisingly) a long time before the game start.
So I just take a crap shoot and pick Enchantress. They proceed to pick a (jungling) Bloodseeker and Riki.

Fuck im getting such retarded fucking teams in ranked. Last game someone dced on the other team, and while we were winning my whole team decided to leave because "no stats idiots". That's the 25 points from the previous 50 min hard fought victory gone. lmao.
And another one. It's just completely fucking unwinnable holy shit.

Played as jungle lycan, used the easy camp because jungle lycan always uses the easy camp because that's how he has to open because that's how it is played. Safelane support bane says nothing for 5 mins then goes "wtf lycan stop using pull camp" and right click follows me for the next 10 minutes until someone else thinks fuck this shit and abandons. While following me all he does is call me bad, never hits anything or uses skills or buys items. Who does that? I mean seriously, this was at 4600 MMR.

i sometimes don't understand this game,
first pick me is a slardar
they expect you to get a million lasthits,
yet they pick 3 other melees after me
we have literally no support
the casual no courier into no wards into no dust despite them having 2 shadowblades + invoker at 3700 mmr
The game was over before it started,
but they still flame for not getting lasthits in a solo lane vs double ranged lane with 2x stuns.
I'm not even mad, i just wonder if they really don't realize that they have picked shit and the game was lost before it even started. Why would they start to flame for no reason? oh look at slardar, his stats are 2-7-10, better report him because that is why we lost of course.

just played -cd and our captain drafted an aggressive trilane with morph. we spot their solo support and we get him down to 50hp twice! what was morph doing this whole time? he skilled morph at lvl 1 and was chilling at our t1 tower. after that he suicided and flamed his supports for losing the lane. this guy had around 2700 wins and mmr was about 5k..........

Jungle lycan doesn't actually need to use the easy camp unless both mediums spawn as centaurs, btw.

No, obviously you can play without easy if you have to in cases such as when they ward it and your support won't deward but it is extremely optimal to use it. That's like saying "lycan doesn't need items". Strictly true but not usefully true.

Honestly, I disagree that it's optimal.
You can get a 7-7:30 Vlads easily without ever touching the small camp, and the benefit to your safelane from allowing them to pull is enormous. It's nothing like saying Lycan doesn't need items.

Depends entirely on other camp spawns. Satyrs, sure. Centaurs and bears, no way. And a 7-7:30 without being harassed is presumably with no boots and no parts of the medallion?

It depends on if you're Radiant or Dire.
If you're Dire, rotating double Medium camps is easy because of how close they are to each other and running to the easy camp is out of your way anyway. If you're Radiant, running between both Medium camps is an enormous waste of time, and it's a more efficient use of time to be able to cycle the 3 camps that are close to each other. Though in that case, the best play is probably to split triple pulls with the safe lane support (since with the two of you, you can actually finish the 3rd camp instead of just having the creeps die to it), and then do the medium camp while the pull camps respawn. It's a net gain for both of you because you don't have to run across half the jungle between camps, and they wouldn't be able to control a triple pull 1v1 against the enemy off-laner anyway.

That's certainly true, but even if I'm radiant I'll tend to ask the support before taking the pull.
If we're seriously able to discuss small optimisations - to the point where yango has actually been summoned to the QQ thread - I think it's pretty clear that if the supports want a Lycan to gtfo the pull, he can do so without terrible repercussions.
Provided the supports don't then follow him around stealing lasthits, anyway.
