Also I recently had a game where I literally had a sub 5% roots on heroes game on LD.
I counted 3 different times of over 15 hits on heroes without a root. Literally lost the game because of it.

No, its been getting gradually worse and worse since they released the game. Up to the point now where someone on my team who I swear could be a first page player, got teamed up with someone who didn't skill vacuum on ds.
Roots is a skill that only works when the enemy has it, you should know that by now

Its funny, i've played a lot of games with LD (180), but i've never had a game with that bad of root procs. It seroiusly might have been close to 2%. I'm considering counting it and doing the math.

I'm sick of people insta-picking in standard draft. Always there's 1 or 2 people who pick a carry instantly, before you can even organise anything, and then the rest of the team has to revolve around whatever they chose. and it just gives the other team more time to counter-pick too. riki players are the worst for it.
It's not even like you need to pick early, no-one else can pick the heroes you have anyway

So naturally he dual lanes with pudge and starts feeding hard to purposefully ruin the game
Edit: and then i played the two most depressing games of my entire life back to back.
Batrider solo vs morph wisp, fed hard core my lassos sucked and we gg'ed 17-4 before tier ones were down.
Then i was clockwerk vs meepo dazzle qop morphling abadon, completely useless. ive never hated dota or my decision to be a gamer this much in my entire life but now i am literally depressed and lost. crawling in bed for ice cream and breaking bad. thanks dota

I'm continuously baffled by idiots on pub. It really dampens one's faith in humanity when you see such a vast amount of inferior and utterly retarded people who are so idiotic they can't even understand that they are the problem.
Long story short, I was Nature's and he was an invoker. Not 1 gank. Went a stupid exort build that he wasn't skilled enough to hit targets with (sunstrike mainly) and refused to move from mid lane virtually all game. Then at 16 minutes he gets 5v1'd in the mid and gets mad that people aren't calling missing that late into the game.
I kill all 3 T1s (nobody took any out or even did any significant damage), then proceed to kill all T2s whenever the enemy pushed a T2 on our side. They pushed rax around 25 minutes and I manage to kill both their top rax but their bottom tower as well and expose those rax. They got mid, but I felt I got more. Around this point, the Invoker starts badmouthing everybody for not having a gem despite I've had a Lvl 3 necronomicon with me for almost 8 full minutes already while simultaneously doing all this and going 12-2 in the process. I'm the highest level on the map by a long shot and I'm untouchable by anything less than their entire team yet this piece of shit who's 2-14 by now, sits and whines like I should've been support and bought gems and such AFTER completing my necro already because you know... that totally makes sense.
I take pub as proof every day of the inferiority of people in general.

On the flip side I've had the odd team who were really good with it and it feels godly when it all comes together. But these occassions are way too infrequent.
You don't know that feeling until you drop-stun Naga as soon as the song pops to seal a 5v3 death sentence to steal it as Rubick, counter-ult and watch everyone stand perfectly still before dying and raging in chat.
