Here is DOTA's mmr system. As you progress we will not match you with better teammates and enemy, but we will only match you with worse teammates. As soon as your w/r hits 60% you get no teammates, HAVE FUN.
I'm starting to think this is how it works. It seems like if I get on a winning streak, my teammates get progressively worse. It is the like matchmaking says "ok you carried those baddies, but can you win with THESE scrubs." And if you continue to be able to, maybe they'll let you play with good teammates.

pretty sure that's how it actually works. the only question is which 'good player' on each team gets fed first (if he's carry)

My team has 11 kills, I have 0 kill 3 deaths and 9 assists. I get called "bad", "newfag", "faggot" by a 2-4-1 Rikimaru.

Like... how hard is it to just NOT DIE to a single hero? I go meepo bot with my friend on disruptor, we are 1 - 0 in the lane by level 6 but what the fucking fuck a level 11 drow with a fucking shadowblade shows up and just autoattacks us both to death. Ok, what the shit. Oh drow is 5 - 0 from mid, now 7 - 0. He dings 12 in the process. Game is over right there, like no chance to win at all no matter how godlike i play. Drow ends the game as like 27 - 2, level 24 vs me as highest at 16 on our team.
Like what am i supposed to do when this happens? I mean really. What hero or godlike play can i possibly do to prevent this. I didnt notice mid geting raped so badly since i was having fun on voice but damn after maybe 2 or 3 deaths where i would´ve told him to swap out i wouldn´t been able to do shit as meepo vs drow mid anyway.

So I am on a huge losing streak right now. I had a surplus of 50 wins over loses, and I'm 2 away from dropping to 40. What if the fuck is going on.
Every game so far has pretty much been the same too. I fuckign wreck face early game. We have an advantage, but then teammates refuse to five man and actually push, and we slowly lose an overwhelming advantage. Just played a game where I was a troll, was like 5-1 by ten minutes with fb, had bkb, helm, treads, and crys by 25 minutes, and was BEGGING my team (with a score of like 30-12) to fucking push, because they had a tiny (who was like 3/4s of their kills and raping, too), a drow, and an sf. I was like "We have to push, they will outcarry us" the whole fucking time. And then we didn't push, and 50 minutes later they outcarried us. What is with weavers that want to fill out their item slots.

Just gank the drow mid.. like Shadow fiend, the hero is extremely susciptable to ganks. 500 Hp plus no escape mechanism. Walk over at level 3 and say hi. But yeah, once he's already 7 and 0 before 10minutes, unless you've got some rocking carry toplane, the games pretty much over.

The same happened to me the other day. I was Enchantress, with something like 7-1-4 as we have 14 kills. We get crushed completely and finish the game with something like eighteen kills or assists of our 22 kills. And get flamed.

So, this one is a question and request. What happens was this, I was in a lane, and my lane partner dies and starts raging about it. Now, what he does later in the game is my yasha is in the courier, he takes it out and destroys it. Since I am essentially the carry he completely throws the game. I have the replay, so now I want to know what is the best way to really report this player and burn him.

Report, giving the exact game time it happened and an accurate description. But if you were flaming him too then you can just forget about it. Im pretty sure they just throw out reports if both players were having a meltdown.

Played my first game as Tinker in AR last night, it didn't go so well, my PC recently died to a power surge so I'm playing on my laptop and taking a bit to get used to it.
The rest of my team rolled carries except for Gryo, so while I didn't buy the courier straight up because I figured Tinker is pretty item dependent, I ended up getting it after a short period. We were Radient, I was mid against Pudge, with Gyro and Doom up top and Sniper and Void down bottom against Clockwork solo.
Pudge roams to gank, I call missing, but Sniper decides to solo push the tower (not sure where void was) and naturally Pudge gets an easy first blood, and then shortly after he hooks void from near our tower for another easy kill. Pudge continues roaming for quite some time, racking up kills, I call missing when he comes back into mid and then leaves but for the most part I have the lane to myself. After a certain point I decide to get wards, because I didn't see anyone else going for them, and I figured that trying to keep my teammates alive was more important than farming up quickly... apparently not.
Fast forward to 20 mins we are losing quite badly and Sniper asks me if I'm new, because I had free farm most of the game and still didn't have my BoTs, to which I respond that it was my first game as Tinker and I was playing on a laptop since my pc died. He's just like "Yeah whatever, you should mention that next time so you don't ruin the game for everyone." Meanwhile he's sitting on 0-5-1 and has landed nothing but fail exterminates all game and making bad decisions when there's a missing Pudge. I call him out for playing terribly and he just keeps repeating how I had free farm and should have BoTs and I just don't understand how bad that is.
Now, I know I wasn't playing very well, I was 0-3-1 at this point and I definitely didn't lane as well as I should have, but to have him play so badly but call me out as the sole reason for ruining the game just made me lose all desire to try for the rest of the match. I mean at least I was trying to help out the team by buying courier, wards and calling missing on Pudge. I looked at his dota profile and he had 470 wins to my 125, so relatively he should have known what he was talking about but I think he was being unnecessarily dickish, and he wasn't really in a position to talk.
Bit of a long rant, but I felt like I should tell the whole story haha.
TLDR; I know I played poorly, but the guy who called me out had roughly 3.5x the amount of experience with Dota2 and played worse.

I lost 7 out of my last 8 games and I feel like I'm sinking into the hell of "sniper/riki/huskar/spiritbreaker every game". I....I don't know what to do. I think I'm doing well. Last game I played Gyro mid, got 2 solo kills on the enemy jakiro, had midas 6 minutes in, 16 minute lohars and we lost horribly, because the score was 8/2 in the first 7 minutes. The game before, I had 15 minute radiance on alchemist and we still got owned, because the rest of team lost their lanes... I'm feeling really sad right now, I think I need a break from DotA for a week or so.

So we had a tinker who thinks going BoT's on tinker is a bad idea. When asked what item should he instead get, he says he's rushing sheep stick to try and stop the nightstalker that he lost against in lane. He claims: "You should learn to be flexible with builds, and stop copying guides from reddit. Maybe then you'll be better."

Was playing against tryhard 5 stack and they are very fucking noisy and typing when their friend DC.
Got so annoyed and ask them to shut up.
They flamed me hard so I keep unpausing until their friend got an abandon.
Not my fault they have wooden PC that can't reconnect within 8 minutes.
They then proceed to 4 man me for the next 15 mins and wasting their time/ money while troll got fat.
They got facerolled by the team cos they are idiots who roamed with no XP and gold.
Flame more before they leave. Easiest win all night. muahhaah
Later I check their profile and then watch their game to confirm they are indeed 5 man tryhard stack.
They landed in low priority for the abandon. Sweet sweet justice and karma. Double whammy for assholes.

People on the enemy team can't be noisy. If you don't want to see their chat in all chat, just mute them. Unpausing repeatedly so someone gets an abandon when they are confirmed to come back is a dick move.
