I love Dota 2 so much, but this makes pubbing so painful for me =/. You are aware that the UK/Ireland is the only place in Europe that speaks English right? Carries are so fucking irrelevant in this game. It doesn't matter how FUCKING well I can farm. 15 min radiance. Manta and Diffusal also up by 30 min. Fucking team just feed all fucking game. Warlock with Aga, Refresher and bloodstone at 30 mins. Fuck literally everyone.

Playing squishy support sucks in pubs, but someone has to do it. Then Zeus loses mid to AA after going naked bottle first, finally gets first boots 12 mins in because he bought back like 3 times in that time to try killing with his ult but failed every time.
|
Now I'm playing with a fucking meepo mid who is just feeding. Teamgames really make me hate mankind sometimes. The average human is about as smart as a fucking ape.

Are you saying that people doing stupid things in your game are people of the same skill level as you? Or the noob on the opposing team that keeps feeding you? I find it highly unlikely that they just randomly sucked for that one game. Meh, I guess the MM is just too volatile for solo queue. QQ.

Once you stop focusing on 'omg valve's MM sucks' and start focusing on 'well, I guess they're just having bad games, I have bad games too', you start to enjoy Dota a lot more.

This won't be a typical QQ, but i have found out that Silencer is pretty OP in pub games if you have at least some competent people in yor team. I am on 8 winning streak with him solo queue. When you know how to use his ulti, you usually take out 1 or 2 opponents in team fights and they can't do anything about it. Then you just push 5v3. I even had a really good meepo on my team yesterday, i guess it was just a lucky day.

I am done with this retarded 'playing for the team' mindset. Buying ward is like a curse to some people and you can expect these people dont even have a fcking clue how to use ward at all. So instead of distracting myself by keep worrying 'that should be a ward there' or 'how nice if we have a vision/dust/sentry now', I decided to just play my games like on my smurf where I dont give a single fck to the team and expect 0 support, just exactly like every fcking pub game out there.

Awesome! Did the exact same thing this morning, after I played a game on my main. Went to the runespot, hammered a ward into the ground and our carry started to ping me for 30 seconds saying: "you're not helping what the fuck are you doing walking around in nowhere"

I dont really qq since i rarely meet players that are obnoxious or intentional feeding, plain douchebags or whatever. I only solo q since i have no irl friends that play this game and i have, like everyone else, good games, bad games, feeding games, getting-fed-games, farming games, supporting games, getting-support-games etc. Feels like too many people put too much into every single game that they lose perspective over the long run. Of course im kicking in an open door here since its a QQ thread, but it would benefit so many if they just calm down for a sec.
I still have some wishes though: I play on very high level, and i expect people to "know" whats going on the game. For instance, lastpickin a hero that doesnt fit at all in the lineup, be it carry, semicarry or whatever. Building the "wrong" items, going for battlefury past 20 min mark as gondar when we are getting stomped in teamfights because of disables and that sort of thing. I do expect people to know these things, but if they dont. thats ok too, as long as they are willing to take some advice.
Unfortunately, few people are, and thats what i wanna change the most. People listening to eachother.

The irony is that the next game i got started with support#1: 'i get mek', support#2: 'i get pipe'. Vision may not be that very good but is ok-ish, i even got a set ward for myself to farm. 12mins bfury on jug and the rest of the game is just too easy.
MM god must be reading this thread.

There's a difference between making fundamentally bad choices (brewmaster/morphling lane because you're friends and then let rubick/dazzle go to another lane, aghanim scepter first item on lina, no points in illuminate on kotl, etc.) and having a bad game, though.
