seems to me that dota2 is very hard to enjoy the way i'm playing.
since i'm a "competitive" guy, is impossible to play with my friends, because they don't want to learn, they just want to play.
You think you are safe playing with 4 more guys. But then they pick 4 carriers, the omni goes for the classic sange&yasha into radiance build, no wards, no courier, and you just lose.
Trying to play alone is horrible, if I pick a support, the hard-carry will do 5-5 early game and think is okay to be 30/0 in cs.
If I pick a carry, the support will try to ks me, not buy wards, not buy dust/courier, etc
I want to play some in-house, but I think I'm too bad, but I can't get better at it, because to play pub alone is really hard.

Play TLIH's. We don't care much about skill levels as long as you're polite and listen.

Ugh, I hate playing support sometimes.
I'm playing rubick, which granted is not my best hero, but I'm doing a pretty good job at my general support tasks. I'm playing hardlane with juggernaut against lion and CK. I'm harassing lion and CK, keeping them away so my carry can get free farm. I even land a decent couple that should allow juggernaut to get a kill.
note the should. juggernaut had other plans such as auto-attacking the creeps so he can miss every single last hit, aimlessly wandering around the jungle out of XP range, and generally not working with me during the times when we could have gotten kills on out opponents. He and his friend beastmaster spend the rest of the game running into packs of enemies and trying to take them on solo.
Naturally having spent all of my money on observers for vision (so my allies can ignore the runes I keep pinging) and sentries to counter weaver (so my allies can give up opportunities to kill him. Thus when lategame rolled around my job was to hope I could lang a telekinesis and die immediately once they attack me. Now for the worst part...
juggernaut and his idiot friend begin flaming me for my k/d and blaming the whole mess on my apparent ineptitude
I like to play support, but when you're supporting idiots the game can be quite frustrating.

lost (obviously) a game where Pudge & Chen spend the whole game trying to fountain hook.
though they so un-cordinated that they didnt even manage to do it once in a 50 minutes games
and they are 4-stack so the other 2 guys dont really mind them doing this stupid stuff

Playing as Morphling and only me and one other team mate are playing very well, getting solo kills, out levelling/laning everyone, etc. Tiny keeps going afk/doing something else so responds late to my calls for ganks or assistance despite being right next to me. I said something like "ffs tiny please pay attention" and accidentally put it in all chat, the other team starts calling me a dick and they said they were all going to report me, calling me shit, etc. Now normally I'd laugh it off but I'm currently trying to quit smoking so I started being childishly sarcastic "ohhhhh yeah, I'm definitely a dick for asking my team not to go afk", "woops i died, it's ok I was afk so the team can't be mad at me".
So I'm annoyed at my team mate, I'm annoyed at the other team but most of all I'm annoyed at myself for losing my cool a little bit and letting other people ruin something I enjoy

People who call others noobs and other stupid crap 2 minutes into an all random game at 5am EU.. sorry mate, we aren't all 1337 hax0r pr0 and stuff, but at 5am, playing a character I've never even seen before.. I'm not all that worried about being super competitive anyway.

I feel you, i am always so annoyed after one of those bad games. I have found out that DOTA is probably the only game that makes me rage. After we finish and i cool of with a cigarette (also trying to cut down on that but sometimess it is just impossible), i think to myself wow i acted like some douchebag and i should seriously take it easy next time. Then i proceed to repeat this whenever i get one of "those bad games", which is unsurprisingly very often....
When our team gets stomped by a good team and i can say that we tried but they were just much better, i am really happy and i take my lesson. But when i play against bad team and my teammate/s manage to do complete retarded shit followed by shit talk, i am just frustrated and that's when i begin raging despite knowing it won't have any effect.

Had a tiny wisp dual stack that managed to go 2-15 and 3-14 >_<. When I told them to stop tping stupidly and getting killed for nothing they told me that they wanted to play CM mode and not least played so they did not care about the game.
Seriously, how hard is it to select the correct option? And then why would you waste the time of everybody in your team, I mean you can always leave the game at the start if it's a genuine mistake, at least people will be able to start a new game with people that actually want to play.
He was also one of these guys that expects a PA on a dual lane that is constantly getting harassed to get a 12 min battlefury (i was laning with omni vs dazzle/slark, with very minimal support from omni, which means no pulling, barely any heal, no harass/zoning out of the opponent).

So fcking sad i know. Playing against invisible heroes is almost autowin with a support willing to spam sentry but if your team couldnt utilize that then you'd be a sad sad support. I know that facepalm feeling bro. The other day i spent at least 3k+ gold on the team and the team managed to lose 3 gems in 40mins (Cent was the gem carrier, imagine that) and we had early advantage.
Luckily i dont often see people flame at my kda nowadays but sometimes the mentally retarded player still does that.

Game starts with Furi goes easy with me and jakiro to "reach level 2" before jungling. Jakiro whine hard, no pull against 2 melee sk and es lane because he 'doesn't believe that I can carry' while ruin my last hitting. Ofc Furi goes midas because he has to be in jungle for 30 mins and we have to play 4v5. Then he refuses to participate fights. While all of these happens, I manage to get fb and several kills with my Troll. Gank other lanes and pretty much dominate the game all by myself with 19-2-18 score. At the same time furi never pushes but the last attack that he manage to get one tower and maybe one rax while we push mid.
I am pretty sure if I was just another hero other than troll, it would be impossible to win this game. Why just jungle 30 mins while ruining the carry's farm and still have no effect on game. And why not pull from the start because you don't believe the carry couldn't carry. WTF with that people..

Jesus christ, I must've fallen in the MMR lately. Match making was giving good games for awhile, but fuck man, the last three days have been brutal. Every time I support, the carries fail, and ever time I carry, I never get support.
Just played a game as drow, and I was the only fucking one on my team buying observer wards. Jesus fuckign christ.
On top of my team feeding a lone druid a radiance and ac by minute 27. Good stuff.

Just played with a treant that insisted on rushing radiance. By "rushing", I mean he had magic stick, bracer and 3k gold at 25 minutes. No boots, no nothing. He finished his radiance 35 minutes in... We were doing well in the game even 4v5, just couldn't pull it through.

My last game was spectacularly bad. It was AR and I was playing with a couple of friends. Our lineup was NS (me), Nyx + Riki (friends), CM and BM. We were Dire.
I go mid against a BH, Nyx winds up solo bot against CK, Venom and an Ench in the forest. Riki goes top with CM and BM, expecting to get the farm and of course kills against the solo hardlane Leshrac. Of course, that didn't happen. BM constantly took Riki's farm, CM did nothing but pulling creeps and Leshrac wasn't even killed once. Not even touched.
Night comes along and I go bot for a couple of kills only to die myself. I fucked up a little by not going for Ench in the forest before actually going to the lane. I then go top to try and get a kill there but they have wards fucking everywhere so I can basically do nothing.
BM goes into the forest and stays there until he's farmed an Aghanim, no ganks at all, no ultis, no nothing. Absolutely nothing. CM goes mid and farms instead of helping people out where it is needed.
We somehow prolong the game and at some points it looked like we were going to win anyway but we wound up losing... Man... I hate Dota at times.

Why play the game at all if you're just going to not listen when somebody begs you repeatedly not to constantly take last hits from the carry in lane with your Illuminate? Especially when you later prove that you can in fact speak english by replying. What is the point? Just to be a fucking asshole? Is that where you get your kicks? Do you like losing?

Played against a team who were clearly better than us, but just lived for taunting every little thing like failed gangs and what not. Like their whole point was to make people think they are little bratty children. Very unpleasant.

The best feeling is when you support very well and the carry buys idiotic items just because he thinks the game is over. Then the enemy win very very late. And the carry is blaming you.
