Had a Dark Seer in a game of mine last night, he thought Ion Shell could only be cast on himself, didn't put any points in wall till level 10 when I mentioned it. Due to his ignorance of Ion Shell, he fed top lane about 6 kills in 10-15mins. He's trying to harass a Clock by melee'ing with ion shell, imagine how well that works when Clock casts Cogs? His end score 0-14. What really irks me though is the Invoker on our team sarcastically asked how to play Invoker right at the start of match and this DS mentioned dotafire.com, obviously wasn't reading the bloody guides himself TT | ||

I swear to fucking god every 1 out of 3 games I get one of these idiots in my game who are clearly candidates suffering the Dunning-Kruger effect. You know what? I'm playing support, I'm KotL, and you're Troll Warlord. Then you have the fucking nerve to say "LOOK AT UR SCORE" when I'm 1-4-16 (Oh yeah and I've had wards up most of the time) and you're 8-2-2. DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT MY ROLE IN THE GAME IS? The worst thing about it is he claims that he knows how to play DotA. Actually no the worst thing about the whole situation is his gross ignorance. Fuck I hate kids who always say "LOOK AT UR SCORE" when any warranted criticism is said about their gaming abilities. Oh yeah it was warranted. Instead of taking down middle rax he decided to Rambo their base with 3 heroes still up, into both of their ancients towers. Just to try and kill a Rhasta who had low HP. Not only that but his item choices were atrociously bad. DO YOU REALLY THINK GOING POOR MAN'S SHIELD, TREADS, INTO SATANIC IS A GOOD BUILD!? I'm actually amazed we won the game. Thankfully our Medusa wasn't a retard and farmed like a motherfucker all game and eventually won the game for us. /rant | ||

I really dont know how but with some help from my mid Invoker, hard lane disruptor proceeds to a score of 5-1-3 by 12 minutes vs their Lich, void and jungle naix. He pretty much shits on their core team. So i go like "Look clock disruptor is really good go play top and help him" and he goes "Fuck no Disruptor must learn his lesson!!!". At about 25 minutes into the game clock still hasnt come out of the jungle while also being afk as much as he could w/o abandon. Despite that its pretty much clear that we are winning! We win like 4 straight team fights (4v5) get roshan and even take a rax. At this point clock realises that "Disruptor is not learning his lesson!" so he proceeds to feed them and cog disruptor at every turn. Eventually we lose 2 rax all the while clock is spamming chat about disruptor learning his lesson. While we wait for them to finish (hopeless at that time) i ask disruptor "Well i hope u learned ur lesson dude!  )" and he goes "What lesson? oooh i muted that fuck clock 30 minutes ago." | ||

People should be aware that a completely self-centered attribute sucks in teamgames, but somehow many communities (DotA 2, LoL, HoN) have far worse manners & thinking abilities than "normal" or "oldschool" communities (BW, WC3). That is the only reason i try to play in stacks of 4 or 5 with people i know. When you tell them that this or thats sucks and explain it, they at least try to understand, and give you feedback instead of flame. | ||
