Tidehunter is so fucking overpowered, I can't believe he hasn't been nerfed yet. He quite literally makes games not fun to play. Hurr durr look at me, I press a button and I reduce your physical damage by 60% (SIXTY). What the fuck. Oh you have BKB? TOO FUCKING BAD, IT PIERCES MAGIC IMMUNITY.

edit: And I just lost 25 MMR even though a dude left the game before creeps spawned. Brilliant. This system is fucking brilliant.

To be fair, BKB does let you avoid the 5-second AoE stun... with 900 bonus damage...

Two Single Draft games yesterday.

First game I get Warlock, I think that was the worst game of Dota I've ever played. Fed several kills in lane to their Slark/Kunkka dual, got picked off while warding, had no map awareness whatsoever, stood around being entirely useless at times. I don't know why, my brain must've switched off or something. Thankfuly we won because we had insane Lycan/Brood pushing and my ult + Medusa melted faces in fights, but we did not deserve that win.

Second game Shadow Shaman, play support for my mate on CK. Lane goes really well, manage to rinse repeat kill their offlane Clockwerk, then my (usually very reliable) internet connection dies...really? I play like 3 games of Dota per YEAR and NOW it dies? Great timing, welp there goes my first abandon.

Urgh, got my 3800 but man I had to work for it. Had a weaver that wouldn't play with team. Tell him we are going to rosh, we are going to give him aegis, he tells us to go fuck ourselves and tries for a solo kill. Him solo vs enemy team with brown boots and linken's and dies. Then the pinging begins. And it gets worse. What's wrong with people.

I just witnessed a new brand of stupidity, I have never seen anything like it before I think. So I just sacrifised myself to get mega creeps and then i buyback. Meanwhile our team kills their sniper that has a rapier. All should be won then, right? NO! First our main carry (drow) buys back and just tps to their whole team that just bought back, obviously dead in 2 seconds. Fine, we can deal with that since we got megas. Then our earthshaker, jakiro and ET wanders about rosh pit, attempting to kill rosh, but back off when their team kills drow. So what happens next is they somehow think it is smart to go and fight them at rosh. Sniper kills the shaker that has the rapier and then takes rosh. I try to backdoor them while they are roshing since no one on our team got buyback, but some of them tps to defend so I die again and we lose. All we had to do was nothing, apparantly that is too hard.

Back to back games where I had an Axe on my team get Vanguard/Tranquils and then not get blink until about 40 minutes. Bonus points for the one who actually built an entire Vanguard before even getting brown boots.

Timbersaw goes 0-5 in 8 minutes against Venge/Luna. First death wasn't avoidable of course because you couldn't really predict that much physical damage.

But dying 4 more times under 8 minutes to the same combo? Something is wrong.

Note to self, never pick enigma in pub games. Doesn't matter how badly lane is doing, they afk jungle. Guy bragged about an 80% enigma win rate, somehow I doubt it. Any enigma that is going solo black holes 40 minutes in on someone not named silencer is lying out of his ass. And gotta love people who don't talk for the entire draft and then say gg, draft sucks as soon as it ends. And then they give up first blood and then immediate tp back in to die again.

Though I do gotta love playing better once you melt the rager adn winning a game you were losing cause of it.

I briefly tried learning Enigma but every time I tried the map would just disintegrate before I could get any items up.
