Went 9/3/3 as offlane weaver, doesn't matter, mid DK went 0/9/0, jungle Ursa went 0/7/2. Morph went Midas->Linkens so he was worthless for the first 25 minutes of the game.
The DK had a rough start because he was up against Skywrath. I get that. I do. It was a bad pick but it's not as if it's the end of the world. But the guy JUST. KEPT. DYING. If you're having a bad game and you've fallen behind, ok, just stay low and farm where you can. He kept going on lanes and dying to people to the point that I think he was dead more than he was alive.
It's even worse because DK and Ursa just kept shouting and cursing everyone, blaming everyone else for their fuck ups. I got ganked by Sky, managed to survive + kill Slark, said to DK "can you please say SS next time" "YOU HAVE WARD YOU SHOULD SEE IT I DON'T HAVE TO SAY SHIT"
edit: looking at his dotabuff the guy has 2100 games. How? how do you play so much yet still don't understand the game at all?
and unrelated, but fuck Doom. I know Icefrog doesn't want to nerf a hero where it's strong, but Doom just...fuck. Fuck that hero. Either make his jungling worse (I even ganked him in the jungle, how does he have the highest GPM in the game?), or make it so that level death doesn't break Linkens or...I don't know. Something. The hero just needs to fuck off.

he couldn't afford a BKB, he pretty much finished that drums by the time they knocked our rax. I don't doubt that he wouldn't have gone BKB though, he only got his stun at level 9.

Why isn't there anything to do about people who get "abandon" because internet problems mid-match then come back to play and win? Why is the match still recorded as an abandon for them? It's infuriating. I was losing 3 games in a row today, come to play the 4th game, get a D/C which took longer than 5 mins (I had to reset the router) came back, won but it was recorded as an abandon. Seriously, it's bullshit. My winrate with Necro is fucking ruined.

Seriously right now all I want to do is just unlearn everything that I 'know' so that I can start to relearn how to play properly. Too many BS things in my head about how the game 'should' be played and I end up ineffective 75% of the time I play support anymore.
Apparently I was leaning really hard on Skywrath without knowing it. Stopped picking him and suddenly I can't play support at all....

Aggro supports aren't my issue. It's relearning lane supports as well as junglers. My Enigma and Sand King are so bad right now as well as a lot of other lane supports (Dazzle, SD, Shadow Shaman).
It's hard to do anything about it though as games are 50/50 on if I will even get a second support or a competent offlaner. Just last game had a solo hardlane veno and jungle storm because necro really wanted mid forcing me into position 6 SS.
Safe lane pull was blocked as well ofc and the solo Lich proceeded to destroy me and Luna entirely....

6 losses in a row, one is actually a win but got recorded as abandon in the post above. In the 6th losses the death counts of the Mirana, Nyx and Tusk in my team were 15, 17, and 18 respectively (I died 7 times as SF, for comparison). Seriously what the fuck? I'm done with this game.

i got one decent game and then the next one i got double mid pick plus one pudge that claims safelane and rush midas ...

For some reason the last few days have seemed to be particularly awful matchmaking (or something). I mean, I know all the maths and such, obviously someone else is winning every game you lose but there are a LOT of stompy games. so you end up with something like 4 or 5 stomps you won and then seems like more stomps you lose but obviously this is just subjective psycho bullshit. Then there are the actual 3 or 4 real games out of the 15, and if you happen to lose these it just feels awful.
The thing that sucks is that it is only those 3 or 4 games where it even feels like better (or worse) play on your part even would have changed anything at all.

i have the same feelling, out of 10 games for example, i got like a maximum of 2 decent games (by this i mean even game, whatever i win or lose), the rest is either a stomp that i win or i lose
