I know what you mean. I stay away from All Pick in general because I dislike running into these people. Which you tend to with All Pick for some reason.
Had no choice with Daily Challenges. I had to play Brood once. My top lane fed... 14 KILLS BEFORE 10 MINUTES. Silence went 1-7, Spectre went 2-7. Since I was playing Brood, I tried to push my lane fast but, I was against a KotL that spammed in my lane, that prevented me from doing anything in lane. I tried to offensive jungle but their Na'ix was there that stopped me from doing that as well. What was even worse is, I started with a Clock in my lane, it was 2v1 vs KotL, he got more levels then I did and Clock had to rotate out after my top lane fed the other team everything.
By the time I was alone in a lane, I was too underfarmed and leveled to push a lane fast enough. Not to mention by then the other team started ganking me and stopped me.
So the dumbass Silencer started blaming me, which is funny as hell because then I only died once and got a kill. By the time I was 1-1, Silencer and Spec was combined about 3-16 total K/D. I had to start moving out of the lane as KotL and Radiant just kept me down.
I hate all pick for that reason alone. Top lane feds, the dumbass starts blaming someone else for feeding the other team. In the end I rerolled BM because I cannot stand idiots like him.

Playing RD while muted - jug in lane goes 0-5 within 6 minutes and just jokes around with his fucking stupid stack friends all game. Enemy team is raxing us at 22 mins but they fountain camp for so long the game goes on to 36 fucking minutes.
Never solo queuing again, not worth it.

This MM system is seriously fucked up. I really don't know how is it even possible to get enemies who played about 4200 games, when I'm just somewhere around 250.

Why do all the bad players pick Pudge or Invoker and call mid? Fuck, I'm tired of losing games because of them.

So i'm trying ranked again. I'm constantly getting matched with people who have like 200-700 hours played while i have 1300. enemy team gets players with 2500 hours played. I don't see how I'm supposed to win.

Had the worst ranked MM games ever, yesterday.
Usually, the whole week for me was a big winstreak, but then yesterday happened. 10 painful games where I literally get people who don't know how to play dota. From abaddons who fight a clockwork over the offlane, to offlane weavers who go 0-6 in 5 minutes.
All and all, I decided to play more supports. Hardcore solo supporting, warding, dewarding, setting up kills - it works.... not! Enemy team is dedicated to team play and has 2 supports, while I have 4 carries fighting each other over last hits.
Today I might not play at all. It's not worth it.

Playing Warlock trying to flee a raging Axe after warding. Well under 100 hp, I see an invis rune and I'm thinking "yay I can escape"....until our Riki snatches it in front of me for no reason (and we are all well beyond lvl 6).
I still managed to escape Axe (thanks to Riki's smoke) but for a few seconds I think my blood pressure soared...

All i'm asking for is more than one fair game in a row. I don't have this problem in unranked.

What's worse is that most of the times you can get +24 for wins and -25 for losses. It's the worst kind of win/loss streak

not possible. cant remember the last game were both teams were on the same level
all i have is people who pick slark safelane and try to roam around but they miss every pounce or voids who manage to throw 5k gold in 5minutes

It's the reason I've been reluctant or don't even bother playing this game anymore. It's such a stupid system on the fact arbitrary and non-legitimate reasons can be used against you, and since it's automated there's always a potential you can be punished (muted or LPQ) even though the punishments really don't mean anything and are actually weak against people that truly deserve it, it's the fact ass tards that cry report get away with it.
This is one part of the game I still think is flawed, and breeds a dumb culture of "report XXX!".

on some days you arent supposed to win games.
every game i have to support all the shitty core players that run around. i gave potm a great start and what does she do with it? be part of 8 kills when we have over 30. meanwhile our enigma goes midas (why buy detection vs bounty?; the solo support has to do that ololololololololol), phaseboots and thus never had mana for blackhole. of course our mid player is just as bad. he bought retarded items on his sf and managed to suicide into their towers every time we won a deciding teamfight
edit: HAHAHAHA i did more damage with bane than potm; the enigma player has over 900games with enigma and still managed to be completely useless...amazing
