Xsplit resolution green frame?

Well here's my problem when i try to change my resolution on the xsplit streaming program, instead of streching the streaming screen out there is a green frame around the screen. i have no idea how to solve this issue and ive been looking around abit for it.
here's a screenshot on what im talking about

Are you using Windows XP? What's the spec of your computer? obviously, this has seemed to be a very unique issue and something that I have never seen before..

Try to send them a support email via this page http://www.xsplit.com/feedback.php They're very responsive to questions and issues like that.

Make sure your channel is set to broadcast at default mixer resolution, and set the resolution you want from the XSplit View.. menu.
