The mico doesn't seem that small to me, maybe have a look at the CM storm xornet (or spawn if it is available to you) and the logitech G302.

anyone know how big the Zowie FK2 is compared to the Steelseries Sensei?

It very slightly smaller than the FK1, which I have, and which is a wee bit broader than the Sensei I would say, and about as long. You should be able to find the exact specs by digging a bit their tech specs.

apparently it's very very slightly smaller than the Sensei. I've heard really good things about the Zowie FK series, do you think I should spring for that since I don't think I can get a mico?

1. What's your grip style?
Hybrid between palm and claw, slightly leaning towards claw.

2. What's your sensitivity?
windows 6/11, 800 dpi, 54% in sc2

3. What's your maximum budget?
$200 i guess?

4. Do you want additional buttons?
Maybe a couple on the side, not too bothered about any more than that

5. What games do you play?
Sc2 mostly, some CS:GO

6. Do you mind angle snapping?
I don't know what that is, but it sounds bad

7. Other relevant information:
I want the best possible sensor and best comfort. I have pretty large hands (my thumb can reach the +/= button with my pinky on the left side ctrl key). Currently using the deathadder which is ok, but probably not the best for me.

I really like my FK for FPS, however for RTS use you must know that the clicks are pretty stiff, and spam clicking is kind of hard compared to omnron switches. You can totally use it for RTS of course, but if it's the main/only genre of game you play, you might want a mouse with omnron switches. Otherwise as far as ambidextrous mice go, I really like it, better than the sensei (no meh glossy coating on the top, and the shape is a bit better imo).

I play mostly fps games now, so the clicking is not really an issue for me. thanks for your help

Then if you like this kind of shape definitely go for it, great sensor and better coating than most in my opinion. It also feels like it has a great build and materials quality, on the contrary of Razer mice and such.

I love my G400s. It's great for palm, good for claw. Extremely comfortable and nice to the touch. Also has pretty much the best sensor you can imagine, there are basically no faults found within it. Max DPI is 4000. I heard they've stopped manufacturing them though, so try to get one somewhere soon if you want it. Very cheap too, max. $50. If that's not your deal, I'd say look at the G402. It's kind of similar.

I decided on the g502 since it has the same sensor but more features, thanks a lot!

I was able to get the FK2 for a whopping 17 cents thanks to a christmas miracle (found an old visa gift card/debit card hybrid thing that had $70 on it), can't wait :D

The g502 actually has a different sensor. The sensor is better, but the mouse overall is not necessarily - it's something like 15-20 grams heavier than the g402, which is already a heavy mouse at over 100g. The feet are different, etc. Overall i think one of the biggest downsides of the g402/g502 and the reason i can't really use them as i would like to for RTS or osu play would be the weight and the difficulty of actually getting them moving from a standstill - logi's site lists the 402 as having ~3.5x higher static coefficient of friction than the g100s, for example

They're good mice, it's just hard to find something perfect - the people chasing stuff that fits them really well usually end up with a drawer with half a dozen mice in, at least

I wouldn't worry about it too much. It's a lovely mouse, always had a liking for the logitech mice.
