It's not a prediction, it's a certainty thanks to North Korea!

Kim Jong family doesn't prevent young koreans from playing Sc2, but it is making sure older progamer get recruited.

Any chance GuMiho unretires since his service is up in a few months??

That would be awsome ! :D

So earliest he comes back is once, his service is done. If you now want to point out, that Byun played GSL qualifiers a few days before his service ended, he didn t earn money in the qualifier, so that appearently was ok..
Still hoping for Gumiho (and also hero and Classic) to come back this year.

It hardly makes sense for those guys to come back to sc2 instead of brood war if they want to do gaming for longer than a year..

Makes a whole load of sense for Gumiho especially who was never a high level BW player. Not sure about herO tbh and I think Classic was a rather decent player in BW, so there’s more of a choice there.

Where are all these big money BW tournaments and injections of money into BW e-sports ecosystem that makes it bigger than SC2? I assume they are as hidden as the big money AoE 2 tournaments that are luring away SC2 players.

You sure that is THE gumiho?
|
It has been almost 18 month. It's quite possible that's the one and only real GuMiGod
|
it's really him. same account he's been using since WoL
|
herO and GuMiho back, two entertaining players to watch, what can be better? Classic waiting for you too
|
top 3 most interesting players to watch in sc2!!!

Very excited for Gumiho's return. He's easily one of the most fascinating SC2 players because of how different he plays.

Amazing!! Mech vs Z could make a comeback!

to be fair, Maru has some a recent proclivity for at least a bit of mech. Perhaps he is scarred from the GSL Code S loss. But he went pretty heavy mech in WTL and qualifiers if I recall.
