The IEM Katowice qualifiers concluded with  Zest and TY earning the final two spots from Korean qualifier #2, finalizing the twelve players to be seeded into the round-of-24 group stage. The $400,000 IEM Katowice main event will be held between February 25th and March 3rd, beginning with the round-of-76 double elimination tournament. Twelve players from the Ro76 will join the twelve seeded players in the group stage (visit IntelExtremeMasters.com for more information on the tournament format).

From the 5 spots in the Korean qualifiers 2 were Terrans, from the 6 spots of the foreigner lands 4 were Terrans, 3 of them really big names(Maru, mjr Special and Innovation) Edit> Actually thinking about it who else (besides mjr Special and Neeb) should advance through the European qualifier? I think that uThermal is good enough to take a spot when Serral receives the invite. | ||
