He is a human like any of us. Need a break. There are quite a few important qualifiers coming up including GSL. The last time I watched his stream. He was perfectly fine. Even making fun of his 100K that he lost to Rogue by putting up a donation bar for 100K.
Looking forward to seeing him at GSL again and I'm sure he will be there. a lot of people skipped it, sOs, Creator, Rogue Trap, Losira, TOP, funny how no one talks about them.... Funny how most Jin Air players dropped out, but Maru didnt

While it is understandable given it is painful for a fan to watch him losing again, it might be even worse for soO. But like soO's standard, he is tough enough to make it to 6 finals so he is strong enough to overcome this disappointment. People just overreact to the point it is annoying.
JAGW players are with the team so they are not that desperate for money. They tend to focus more on Korean events. Maru was finalist last year so I think he does want to play to defend his standing.

There's a Chinese VOD of the qualifier that shows Rogue beating Creator in like 4 minutes. It's just that WESG didn't update their site so there's no real source to get all results 100% accurate.
No idea who did and didn't show up in the end.

Lol get over yourself, you seriously think players care more about a tournament being prestigious or not as long as it pays a shit ton of money? (If they promise to pay and don't, that's another matter entirely...)
Agreed regarding the people being weird about soO, but also come the fuck on a little...

I'm not 100% sure what this implies but it's worrying

I'm not 100% sure what this implies but it's worrying my exact sentiments. I wasn't that worried before but after seeing that tweet...

OK. I'm not trying to ignore all of information regarding soO's tweets and stuff but I think he meant it sarcastically. I still see him playing on his account. I only believe he truly quits SC2 when he no longer plays.

Just watched Crank SC podcast (SoO was a guest on the podcast), and someone raised the question. Crank immediately answered that SoO is not going anywhere and not to cause false rumors.

soO got his draft notice on Dec 5th.
WESG Korea qualifier was scheduled to be held on Dec 15th but soon the date was changed to Dec 8th.
soO traveled overseas to postpone joining the army before knowing the change of qualifier schedule. (Traveling abroad is a legitimate way in Korea to postpone joining the army.)
soO could have played qualifier abroad but he didn't.

Thank you maruzest. ![](/mirror/smilies/clown.gif)
So he wants to play more, better than expected !

How does this work, does it mean he can't go back to live in Korea if he dosen't do his military service?

pretty much yes. At least up to a certain age, I cant remember the limit. They are quite flexible in that you can postpone it for a variety of reasons but in the end you still have to do it.
