This can't be serious. Elazer has barely played any big ZvPs this year. Only noteworthy 2017 wins are against Neeb, Showtime, and ptitdrogo. And even then he's lost to them on other occasions
I don't think the foreigner vote makes much difference tbh. It's fairly obvious who the contenders are. Snute/scarlett/Elazer, Kela/Uthermy, and Has/Showtime. Whereas Korean potentials are byun/gumiho/maru, dark/solar/rogue and herO/sOs/Zest. I don't think any of them koreans are losing to those foreigners except the protosses. Or maybe if a ZvZ happens
