According to Kenzi's Twitter, and great juicyjames being the only one covering this news so far, Ryung leaves MVP.
With Ryung being quite successful this year, I think it is debatable, if this could be a sign of MVP disbanding in the near future. Ryung leaving should be considered a great loss to their roster.
On the other hand Ryung is the only former member of Axiom who is still active. Can we hope for a new edition of that glorious team, considering probably less restriction in korean SC2-Scene next year, many free agents who would love to join a new and more global oriented team and olimoleage and shoutcraft becoming bigger and more important for korean SC2?

He's currently looking for a new team and plans to compete in WCS Korea next year. He's already begun streaming alongside Alicia and Crank on their community Twitch channel called CrankTV (where they'll live stream and Korean cast events) - https://www.twitch.tv/tvcrank

Given the biggest reasons for Axiom's disbandment haven't changed, I don't see it coming back, though it would be awesome. Just seems like teams are starting to veer away from SC2 in general.

Natural isn't in MVP anymore either, I think it may be a matter of time. We will see.

incorrect - Impact is still active and also looking for new team

I'd plus one this if I could. Huge player is out in the open. Wonder who will be the lucky team to make the grab.

How can he "leave MVP?" I thought the team was among those that disbanded after Proleague shutdown.

At first they said it disbanded, then they said it didn't disband yet (waiting for announcement of next year's system) but looking at what's happening with the players, it doesn't look like it's gonna stay.

I'm pretty sure MVP said "As long as we have players we'll stick around", not that they're waiting for next year's system.

Which team houses still exist in Korea as of now?

hmm... we'll see if the hard region lock for koreans will still exist in 2017. The situation changed as much as Blizzard changed WCS-System every year Also no Proleague could be a win for a team like axiom.

The reason Axiom disbanded was completely unrelated to the state of the scene and entirely based on the state of TB's health.

He actually intended for Axiom to become the 8th Proleague team for 2016 but because of his illness he couldn't afford to keep Axiom running. And that problem still persists.
