Apparently NO ONE signed up for the Filipino qualifier, and sign-ups are closed for that one.

...it sounds so weird that PH qualifiers went empty (EnDerr at lest should have gone for it) and even more that the India & South East Asia went empty too (DemiLove, Sioras and all of the Vietnamese players you can usually see in minor eastern tournaments went mia all at the same time?)...
DemiLove doesn't have a passport, Sioras and the viets are all signed up. EnDerr was on a break, I tried my best to contact him but no replies and all.
I wonder what will they do with all the free spots?

It's such a shame, if only they can give us (India+SEA) or the Koreans a spot, instead of giving the Filipinos a spot and then no one signed up like this.

You need a passport of the country you want to represent regardless. Demi is Indian yeah but idk he just said something about not having a valid passport.
