I can't believe you actually wrote those words. "h sdf" (or whatever it was) actually means "I am totally in composure and can absolutely deal with a loss. I respect the play that my opponent played and I want to congratulate him on his advancement."

Nani is going to be stronger next season, trust me!

He typed GG when he got eliminated.

Swarm Host imba (well Serral didn't even need passionhost).
Since there are free $$$ waiting every decent players nani won't retire, but the train crash was satisfaying.

NaNiwa is a veteran known for his experience and ability to stay composed
Lol, wat?
Given that he's at this point probably best known for melting down and fleeing of the stage after 3 minutes in a Bo5, this is quite the statement to make. :p

The hype will be lower again now Naniwa is out, irrespective of whether you cheer for him or not.

I can't believe you actually wrote those words. :D I was thinking exactly the same. NaNiwa was on full tilt after his first loss. This was fun, yeah, becomes even better because it's about his second series with Has. After their first series, NaNiwa outright admitted that he lost 10-0 in PvP practice that day and that he has little clue how the match-up works. And then he has to play the man from the land of cheese again after being crushed by Serral? No composure to be found. But hey, NaNi gave us Carriers in WCS Premier, so who am I to complain?
So did Pigbaby, and he actually won something

Guess I'm in the minority of people to say I was quite sad to see Naniwa getting eliminated.
Hoping he comes back stronger next season. Seeing as he isn't part of any team, I doubt we'll see much of him between now and next WCS season.

Nice write-up, thanks very much!
Just one correction though; MaNa only did a light 2 base pressure in G1 versus viOLet, the actual timing hit on three bases with Blink and +2, before viOlet had enough Passion Hosts to easily defend.

I don't understand why the TL writers need so much to show their hate for the swarm hosts. To me it feels just like pandering to the common idiot who hates them because that's the cool thing to do now.
In fact, SH games are usually the most interesting ones and SH is essentially the only thing that has brought something totally new in HoTS. I don't really care about watching the 3254th SCV pull end a game in 30 seconds after a 15-minute prelude and the constant ling-bane trading against MMM is also getting a little old. SH games often mean constant action where the other player needs to constantly find ways around the SHs, do something other then just macro up in every second. Sometimes they lead to weird situations and questionable decisions, but that's not the fault of the unit, but the players who very often show surprising lack of preparation for drawn-out games. Yes, they take more time to practice for, but if you skimp on it, then accept that it's your fault.
I am pretty sad that this absurd anti-SH movement has lead to the nonsense they have turned them into for LoTV and even more sad that the TL writers feel the need to fuel this movement by taking any opportunity to show "how bad SHs are".

Yeah, I just watched Firecake-ForGG game 1 and was really entertained by a great and action-packed game for almost an hour (and then just had some different kind of fun watching the ensuing nonsense). I really don't understand why one of the best games of the month doesn't deserve even a mention ...

Up until ForGG froze the game it was a very good game with sick control frol both players.
