Taeja is cheap because he's unlikely to play. In retrospect, he was even too expensive for round 1 given that he didn't play at all.
The 9 point cost for Flash was reasonable. Individual league success doesn't always translate over to team leagues. You also have to factor in playtime potential, where Flash plays in pretty much every KT match.
In last year's SPL Flash was sitting in code B for 2 seasons, yet he was consistently one of the top ranked players in the league. Looks like ByuL is following a similar pattern.

My point is , Flash cost 9 points because he appeared alot of times in proleague and he has strong result in proleague.
Taeja cost little because of result & appearance in proleague too.
FPL cost is based on Proleague result , not potential .

I actually think I misunderstood lichter's post the first time I read it. In response to the question if Flash would be 5 points next round, he said "Probably not a 5 but definitely cheaper. I haven't done the maths yet," which looking back on it I think means "Probably not a 5 [because that is too cheap] but definitely cheaper [than 9]." Which makes sense, since early 2015 has not been kind to him.
Of course, if he does cost 4 points, I will absolutely put him on my team, as will about 2000 other people. Free money!

Ahh so the lineups might be coming out this friday? I'm just curious, don't want to miss the signups for FPL. I just love fantasyproleague so much, its like the best way to spice up the proleague matches and really hype the games.
I'm so happy about this season, the highest I've placed before has been 180ish and now I clinched 39th place!

I wonder if they'll make him unavailable for selection. If I remember right they did that for one round when EGTL was in Proleague because he wasn't playing and they knew that was going to be the case
