First off, I want to thank Mike Rufail for the opportunity to represent Envy and I’m really excited to be a part of their new adventure in Starcraft. For my fans who don’t know about Envy, they are very well known in the Call of Duty community and more recently CS:GO.
If you have have followed me for many years, you know that my pro gaming career has had good times and bad ones. 2012 was one of the best years of my life, moving to America and experiencing a whole new culture while winning multiple championships. 2013 was the worst year of my life, qualifying for WCS multiple times to only have to forfeit because of VISA issues. I had built my name in America and wanted more . 2014 overall was a good building year for me, but I must do more and be the player I know I can be.
My focus has never been more clear and I’m determined to show you guys some good matches and hopefully on big stages. I want to thank my fans for supporting thru the good times and bad ones. If you are an Envyus fan but don’t know me, you will soon!

When we were given the opportunity to sign viOLet, we wanted to know more. We listened to his story. I thought: here is a player, a former champion who made a big move across the world to pursue his pro gaming career in the US at a time when maybe the opportunities were dwindling. What would happen if we gave him an amount of support he hasn't seen here yet? So we're here to find out. We're all really looking forward to helping Kim on his journey and we hope our fans do too.

Working with Violet was one of my earliest steps into eSports years ago and I’m happy to say that we are still working together to this day. Violet has been an ambassador and role model for the Starcraft community for years and continues to surprise us with what he’s capable of.
When I first spoke with Mike about Envyus, we both agreed that Violet would look good in blue. I couldn’t be more thrilled for Violet, Mike, and the entire Envyus organization, and look forward to seeing what they can accomplish in Starcraft.
