The 2015 WCS Player Handbook is available for download here and on our Handbook and Policies page. This document provides the format, rights, and responsibilities for all players that participate in the StarCraft II World Championship Series. The majority of the changes for 2015 have already been released in our announcement and follow-up articles, but this document formalizes those rule changes. A high level overview of important changes includes: - 2015 combined format included with all announced details on structure, residency requirements, and Global Event requirements.
- Player Code of Conduct expanded and clarified.
- New: the Premier League Champion will automatically retain a spot in Premier League for the next season. That player’s region will receive one less Challenger spot.

So I guess G2A is a no go as a sponsor, if you want to compete in WCS?

The handbook says challenger is played out with 64 people with 31 from qualifiers and 31 from premier but 31+31 is 62 not 64. Where do the extra 2 people come from?
Also pretty weird that only the champion remains in premier, I'm not sure I like that
EDIT: Also is match considered a game or a boX? The handbook says you can switch race after every match but doesn't (unless I'm missing it) clearly define what a match is.
