Its not really something that matters when Lillekanin gets info from twitch chat 3 hours into the game in a stalemate situation where they both knows whats going on except for the mineral and gas bank.

It's almost like some guys really don't know they're doing wrong :/ Some really don't know any better, but they will learn. Like Gungfu, he is 16 yo and I'm sure he will learn. Lots of the big names did way worse things back then in BW/wc3. Many pros also don't seem to bother to read the rules and keep alt tabbing, going on twitter etc. during games. That's just stupid then.

He didn't agree to anything, and his 1k offer seems like trolling to me

Take Lillekanin, he's just a guy being "cool" on his stream, trolling the WCS organizers without any malicious intent. The problem is that this tournament involves a lot of money and prestige, and the trolling therefore is obnoxious and punishable. Over-all the cases have been handled quite well by WCS and Blizzard.

We've all done stupid shit when we were young. Watching some interviews I must say that he and Heromarine are Germany's top 2 players in terms of arrogancy. They're both very young, too.

I litterally just tune away from all zerg vs bio-terran games because its so damn booring. The only thing he does different is instead of massing bio he masses factory and starport units behind a wall of turrets and planetaries. Arguably its even more boring because theres no action till he has 10+ orbitals and can sacrifice all his SCVs and games take at least an hour before he leaves his base.

Think of it this way: If this was KeSPA ruling over some Koreans, this wouldn't even be a MINOR controversy.

I really think he was trolling with his offer, i might be wrong tho, but why would he reveal it then ?

That's why I said I'm okay with zero-tolerance (in cases of match-fixing) when there's ambiguity. Better to just set a precedent that says DON'T EVEN TALK ABOUT IT YOU STUPID FUCKS
