Okay! So he's going to participate in WCS AM next year because he's American (legal resident of the region), but he will continue to live and practice in Korea because he's got valid tourist visa. Can he kinda circumvent the WCS rules like that or I am missing something? | ||

I would imagine citizenship supersedes residency in this case | ||
