Given StarTale just announced a new sponsor I could really see them signing Squirtle. This isn't based on any source or nothing it's just my speculation - he's played for them before and is a free agent right now. Seems like a logical choice for both parties.

That would cool, but most of all I would like Startale to sign Ragnarok and Journey. Both got immense potential and talent. And you know, Innovation would be kinda good, too.
So many good free agents to sign, so get to business Startale!

Ragnarok said he doesn't want a team, Journey wants a foreign team
As for Squirtle, he is good friends with James Banks, who is now working for TCM. So maybe we'll see him get picked up by them soon (speculation)

Journey is not going to join a foreign team at the moment, he wants too much money and no team can pick him.

The latter is definitely plausible but as for Jin Air Squirtle, I just can't see it happening. Not at all. They just recently signed Trap. And already have sOs, Terminator and Avenge.
Why would Jin Air sign a Squirtle when they already have four better Protosses already?
They need a second top Zerg player to play alongside Rogue now that TRUE has left (because let's be honest Adios is very much a b-teamer right now). Jaedong seems like the perfect candidate and I really want him to return to Proleague.

Didn't IM have like 6 protoss players playing for them last season?

Oh, it totally won't happen, I know. But one can dream.

The PartinG section says that for korean player that don't want play GSL is very attractive to join a taiwanese team, cause a taiwanese visa allows to play in WCS America.
And it says that yoeFW.PartinG is a rumor and isn't confirmed.

I'll do one once StarTale v DK in the SC2ITL has finished.
Ok here goes, French isn't my native language so there may be a few inaccuracies. I'm also changing the tense because is reads really weird in English if you don't.
Yoe Flash Wolves : in Proleague and with PartinG?
Aged four years, the Taiwanese team has gone through different names and policies before being the yoe Flash Wolves that we know. Today, it is a stable home for a certain number of Korean players.
An ideal compromise
While the international scene is beset by a continual exodus of Koreans to the rest of the world some teams have more of a reason to make a preposition than others on the market. Created in 2010, Xpec Ironmen became yoe Ironmen in 2012, then yoe Flash Wolves in August 2013. One month later, the Taiwanese set-up innovated in its scene and recruited a Korean - the Protoss player San. It was the first time that a foreign player was incorporated into the Taiwanese team and it wouldn't be the last. At the end of January 2014, Leenock joined his compatriot.
Today, more and more Koreans are looking to leave their country to find a foreign team to participate in as many international events as possible. Their goal? Gain visibility while also staying competitive within the WCS system. For these players, yoe Flash Wolves is the ideal compromise. It's relatively close geographically to Korea, gives access to the TeSL, the Taiwenese team aren't scared of sending their players across the world, as opposed KeSPA teams. What's more, thanks to the allocation of regions in WCS, living in Taiwan and getting a Taiwanese visa also allows players to participate in WCS America and thus bypass the issue of region locking. The cherry on top, yoe Flash Wolves will probably participate in the upcoming season of Proleague 2014-2015.
The opening of Proleague to non-Korean teams was announced during the summer. It is difficult for the Western teams to consider taking part in it, even as part of an alliance, so much commitment is necessary in the Proleague season which can undermine the individual careers of players and important financial resources. On the other hand, for a Taiwanese team, the probleme is much less and yoe Flash Wolves seems to have made its decision. Indeed, on the 31st July Leenock was announced by MVP as their new 'joker' for their Proleague team. However, when MVP revealed their definitive roster on the first of September, the Zerg player was absent from it. The only response to this abrupt change was "Ask my boss". So it's difficult to see anything else than the confirmation of the rumours of yoe Flash Wolves' participation in Proleague which have been floating around throughout the month of August. What's more, the ambitions of the team seem to be strengthening from Korean players.
PartinG, the future recruit?
The rumour foreseeing the arrival of PartinG at yoe Flash Wolves is nothing new. The team perfectly matches the players' expectations, and vice versa. Stable teams like Team Liquid and Acer can unfortunately not make the same case as the Taiwanese set-up, and Acer don't seem to be interested in the Korean anyway. However, it has been confirmed since the start of September that PartinG would join a non-Korean team.
Yoe Flash Wolves are no longer concealing it, with the possibility for them to send players to WCS America despite the upcoming region lock in 2015, they are looking to build a very big team with a certain number of Koreans. PartinG, after San and Leenock, would therefore not be the last last to join this new adventure. A confirmation of his arrival could be expected in the beginning of October. Indeed, the Protoss announced his departure from SKT1, and his contract (like Rain and FanTaSy's) runs until the 30th September.
In the meantime, PartinG doesn't own anybody anything, and he's really benefiting from it.
That last sentence "PartinG n'a de comptes à rendre à personne, et il en profite bien" really messed with me. Not sure how to translate that so perhaps Aeromi or Boucot could put that straight.
