After a long period of being teamless following the disbandment of For Our Utopia on 2013-12-25,  Seed seems like he's found a new team!
Statement by Dignitas:
We are excited to announce that we have signed Korean Starcraft II player, Seed!
We have been looking to strengthen our squad for some time and we feel that with Seed, he will represent us well alongside our awesome players in the team. Seed has recently competed at the Lonestar Clash in Texas and also Code A in Korea. We look forward in helping Seed attend more overseas events in the future, welcome to the team.
Seed's statement:
I feel honored to join Team Dignitas which has been very successful and famous in many games. It will be my pleasure to play as a Team Dignitas member when I play in tournaments. I will try my best to be the best professional game player as my fans to want it to be.

WHOA. This is the first addition to the Dignitas SC2 roster since Select came back. Congrats to Dignitas on a sick pickup and to Seed for joining a strong organization!

Finally!!
Watched a lot of Seed's stream recently. He speaks english on stream, interacts with his twitch chat and constantly places high in KR GM. Really looking forward to more Seed at events <3

Yay Seed! He is clearly super talented but just has not been able to catch a break since he won his GSL. He has made it through every code A qualifiers that he entered, and hopefully now with the support of Dignitas can make it back to code S.
Seed always had a little different way of playing protoss that made him exciting to watch and I hope we get to see some more of that soon, especially in some overseas tourneys. GL to both!

Happy for Seedu to finally get on a team. However, that team being dignitas pretty much means that no one gave him what he asked for. Diginitas will always pay you on time and probably be still around 10 years from now, but they are not the ones who will give you anything close to a high salary.

After being teamless for a while stability sounds like exactly what he needs. It's nice to see him not teamless anymore though

Many people might not realize that before Seed joined Dignitas I was working directly with him as his player manager. I've always known Ahn was an amazing talent with huge potential, not to mention he was a former GSL champion. Once you get to know him on a more personal level, and interact with him daily (which I did), his personality really starts to show itself. During my period of managing him I've helped him with numerous stream overlays, told him to do more chat interaction with fans and viewers, brought up the idea of microphone/webcam to commentate his games in English (which he was very happy to do), and finally had him participate in numerous online qualifiers. It was a pleasure working directly with Seed and I wish him all of the best with Team Dignitas!

Always liked dignitas; any team who's been around as long as the cod1 days knows where they're doing as an organization.

Still remember those words of Artosis of Seed being the new bonjwa.. Though overrated - really liked his play with fake Immortal busts and fake Warp-prisms everywhere..
I'd like to see some of that "magic" re-appear as well.. And hopefully will see some good ol' "seed" mindgame fashion.. He's like a softened sOs, really refreshing to see in times when Protoss players seem to have their overall gameplay "set in stone" nowadays

Good pickup imo. I do wonder if Seed has what it takes to go to the top again though. Feels like it's been an eternity since he's won that GSL against MC lol

nothing makes me smile more than reading of pros JOINING teams and not teams shutting down or cutting people.
this is a really good match...dignitas always has really unique gamers on their teams. back when i first watched WoL before joining the community, Dignitas players were really kickin butt. Seed is a great fit if you ask me
