Depends. If the pot is rather large... Hope most players don't drop it for other tournaments, like last time.

A lot of players dropped out of the GSL GT because the overall prize pool was lower then that of DH Bucharest, which was playing the same weekend. This this tournament will be Tier 1, which means a ton of money and WCS Points and it will most likely be scheduled to not overlap with any other tournament. What I hope for is that we get a lot of the old greats back + some of the new gen guys to slug it out. Mvp, MMA, MC, NesTea, DRG, ForGG against Soulkey, sOs, herO, Innovation, Maru etc.

Rad.
Who would the players be if this happened right now?
|
I'd rather go with top4 SPL, Top2 GSL + top1 EU/NA + open qualifier. Not complain about more Korean tournament though
|
I wonder about the qualifiers... will State, Kane, Suppy and Scarlett be eligible? That could be their chance!

I'd die for a Jd vs Flash ZvT

Woo! Nice job Kespa!
This is a great opportunity to see how the western stars do against the Korea stars, which we don't get to see very often... I hope the seeds are determined by recent performance and not lame WCS points.

Tier1 tournament is huge! This is pretty cool for Korea and the scene in general, and it's nice to see those Proleague spots as well. It would be nice to see a few foreigners sneaking in through WCS or the qualifiers.

Also: It may look great to show the prize in korean Won, but personally I believe it's not much value to most people.

If there is a comparably sized tournaments in Europe money-wise, I am sure a few will chase the "easy" money. Regardless, this tournament sounds awesome.
I really like that KeSPA is taking in those from NA/EU, even if they are mostly just non-KeSPA Koreans =P

This overlaps with DH Moscow right? I guess the timezones are far enough apart it won't be a huge deal, but still...
