Ok fair enough, but just to note, that isn't that big a DL, only 500lbs. I can do over 400 at a much lower BW than Targa. That wouldn't be the record DL in any decent gym. Looks like it was a while ago though maybe he can do way more now. Incontrol could squat what, over 700lbs? Which is absolutely elite. He could probably bench what Targa DLed in that vid! Incontrol still > Targa! | ||
