First of all, its not my max, it was done 4 years ago? It wasnt even my max at that time, my friend maxed 230 kg dl and I wanted to fuck with him so I did 2.5 kg more pretty much without warming up or doing a proper program for a max lift. (I also lift with straps, reason behind it being a slow lift , grip was slipping) No idea what incontrol lifts, but I highly doubt hes near my max dl or squat. I do however think he rapes my bench. | ||

Only joking around buddy , I should have known better than to mess with a viking.I have no idea if Incontrol even lifts anymore but I definitely remember he said he did over 700lbs in the squat. If you outdo that then you could probably win international competitions. What are your maxes these days? Note I did say in that post it looked to be a long time ago so you might do way more now! And yes I presumed it was near max because of speed of course. | ||

None of these guys are going heads up in SC2 for that amount of cash. Of course we will never know, | ||
