Certainly remember it being a much more interesting series than ByuL vs Polt. ViBE vs Scarlett in the redbull NA qualifier was also an intense 4-3 series with a lot of unusual strategies. Although I suppose that's more of an obscure match so I'm not surprised it's not included. I dunno, unless I'm mistaken there's zero ZvZ in the top 40, which is strange; like...yes, roach vs roach is dull, muta vs muta is worse, but some ZvZs end up as intense ling bane vs ling bane micro battles, and those are some of my favourite games to watch. This was made with the recommended games lists. A lot of people autotag ZvZ as bad because of the match-up's reputation, so it's not surprising that the few good games of ZvZ that happened didn't get listed (I also remember a roach war between Byul and Soo in season 3 that was amazing).

Taeja vs Innovation is well deserved for number 1 because it was just epic, though the number 1 game for my heart is Sjow vs Life. That really gave me chills!

Yes it's WoL but seriously it's still 2013. In HotS Jjakji - Dream on Whrilwind from GSTL preseason is missing to me. Marines Tanks into mass drops everywhere Ravens ghosts nukes everything a good tvt has to offer. Naniwa Leenock last game was also quite tense. We need at least TOP 50 not TOP 100. :O This year was really full of good games. And I agree nothing is better than a really good TvT.

He had no medivacs, no bases, no scans. Scarlett had dozens of mutas with that sick regeneration, banes and lings The last unit-tab in the Vod 1-2mins before the first baneling landmines happened was: 17 mutalisks (2/2) 11 zerglings (2/2) 2 queens (0/2) vs 44 Marines (3-3) 3 Medivacs (0-2) When they happened it was ~10banelings, ~5zerglings, 17mutalisks, 2queens vs ~55 Marines, 3Medivacs Same with the final blow up, the numbers were favoring Bomber, but Scarlett killed the OCs and Bomber ran into the trap. One thing is quite funny/interesting. While the top-WoL games of 2012/2013 often were these "perfect plays" with very strong strategical execution and sharp timings, it seems like the top-HotS games of 2013 are very mistake-fueled. The top2 are perfect examples for that. Bomber vs Scarlett was very back and forth because Bomber kept on everextending and missing chances to push and Scarlett often taking a risk too much. INnoVation vs Taeja was won by INnoVation when Taeja movecommanded and panikstimmed into Tanks at 15mins, and at 23mins again when he got a 50supply lead, yet refused to push.
