I'd trade soO for Byul. He has the advantage of possibly playing twice this week and I think he's more likely to win his games than soO is against Super. Then find some way to get Squirtle in. He's also playing twice and against pretty manageable opponents. Probably trade Fantasy for Bbyong too. Make Bbyong or one of your other low-pointers the captain, not Maru. | ||

So making a low pointer captain has the advantage that you can still swap out every player with high cost. You can't swap out captains so if your captain ends up disappointing that's really bad. | ||

Main Team 3 Bbyong - I think he is underrated. Good 3 pointer. Coach Park seems to be always sending his strongest players even in preseason and he is sending Bbyong the first match. That should say enough.2 Coca - Another underrated player. Even though he is not playing first match, I believe he will get his chances and will be rotating with Terminator and Savage. Out of those, I believe CoCa is strongest and 2 points for him are great value, imo.7 herO[jOin] - best protoss player in the world atm and he doesn't even cost the most. Awesome.1 Hush (captain) - 1 point for Bong? I think they made a mistake and thought Hush is a newcomer, while it is just a rename of Bong. Bong was last season played almost in every match with 4-11 record in HotS. While this is by no means a stellar record, for 1 point? Getting it, kthx! (Also he didn't race switch to zerg, he is still protoss). Also is on CJ, so even if he doesn't play, he will score me some points just for CJ wins.7 Maru - Probably the best terran player in Proleague. In a the case of a tie, the points the captain has is the tiebreaker. So you can make a high pointer your captain if you are sure he will perform consistently throughout the round. | ||

I'm sure there's some nuances I'm missing, but I think I have 4 amazing Protosses, a possibly amazing Zerg in Coca, and a solid Terran in Reality. SKT1 was an easy pick. DRG, Liquid HerO, and LGIM MVP just aren't the players they used to be. I actually feel more confident in my anti-team than my team. Proleague is going to eat these guys alive. I didn't really pay much attention to possible ace players or players on good teams. I don't know what the relative importance of those things is, but hopefully it doesn't hurt me too badly. Feedback is welcome! | ||

Hoping for another good team league season from him 4 Byul+ Show Spoiler + Playing two games in round one which is winnable. Dream should be his tougher opponend. 2 ParalyzE+ Show Spoiler + He isn't playing in any of his team's games in round one but SKT1 should win both which will mean points for me. 4 Sora (captain)+ Show Spoiler + The reason I made him my captain is that in 2013 he came from nowhere and had a great season. I believe he will build on last season and will be worth a lot of points, so he is basically a steal for 4 points 8 Soulkey+ Show Spoiler + Playing two game which I see him winning both. He is an easy pick and always deliver. 4 Squirtle+ Show Spoiler + I can see him winning both games. GO Squirtle Go! 5 CJ Entus + Show Spoiler + Coach Park in the house Anti Team 4 RorO+ Show Spoiler + 4 Shine+ Show Spoiler + Playing Soulkey and trap 5 TY(Baby)+ Show Spoiler + I needed a 5 pointer and he is playing herO Time will tell and hopefully my prediction skill is far superior to my StarCraft playing skill. | ||

Main Team 3 Bbyong7 herO[jOin]6 Hydra4 Sora1 Sorry4 Trap (captain)5 CJ Entus Anti Team 4 Creator6 DongRaeGu4 RorOFirst time, so I really don't know what I am doing :D Main Team Reasoning Bbyong and Hydra seem to be pretty good, and from what I can gather are good vPI haven't actually seen any of HerO's games, but after hearing all the hype and looking at his recent results, he seems like a solid pick.Trap is one of my favourite Protosses (followed him through the most recent GSL), and a good one to boot. He performed pretty well in the GSTL (I think getting the 3rd most kills in the league?) and did pretty well in Proleague when STX Soul still existed. T_TI had space left for a 1 pointer, and couldn't decide, so I just shamelessly copied someone else in this thread and picked Sorry.^^Any Criticisms? | ||
