Why exactly do I get +1 from players like Fantasy and Mvp, when they haven't been fielded in any match yet?

I have a problem with creator : he has 1pt.
1 for lineup, 2 for game won, 1 for ace selection, -2 for ace loss. He should have 2.
I guess he got double dipped with -1 for game loss AND -2 for ace loss? Thats a bug ! In that case since he was on the lineup twice why not give him 2 pts for 2 lineup appearances...
Could have 3, should have 2, has 1. Or did i miss something?
Eing selected as an ace usually couldnt make you lose points. When was this put in place? Worst case they broke even last time i checked :-o too risky ><

Ace appearance gives 0 points (OP was wrong) since you already get the +1 from regular appearance too.

Is that right? So a player only get a point for ace selection if he's NOT already in the regular lineup? If so I might have to trade Creator--one of the reasons I chose him is because I feel like he's going to be Prime's ace whenever they have an ace match, but he's always going to be in their regular lineup too so then ace is not as valuable...

alright, but he didn't even get a chance to play since his team got roflstomped 3-0 :S
