they started there own teams to get away from kespa

and now back to kespa lol

anyways I am excited for this proleague always interesting with new teams

It has more to do with the fact that KeSPA weren't ready to switch/support the game in the early stages because of the legal battle with Blizzard et la. You didn't really have a choice as a Korean if you wanted to play SC2.

I don't think they're gonna drop it, but it's certainly more beneficial to get a LoL team than a Dota2 team. If they cannot afford all 3 games, it's possible that they will drop dota2 team, considering their dota2 team is not a top team and only get picked up one month ago anyway.

Ah, it was more of a question of KeSPA not wanting to associate with DotA 2 because they have a relationship with RIOT. I have some misconception that KeSPA is some nazi org that likes to control all the teams and what they play. Just want to verify if it was true or not.

Unlike other countries Korea does not have a contract with riot making it so no other moba can be played in the same tournament. Don't quote me on this but I don't think any DoTA teams will be dropped unless DoTA is unable to gain popularity in Korea.
