Three Europeans in Nerchio, Targa, and VortiX will take on the Koreans MMA, Stardust, MC, Genius, and Duckdeok, who look to do their part in allowing Korea to sweep single season of WCS in 2013. The Ro8 to grand finals will take place on October 5th and 6th.

Good thing for Targa, now he knows what matchup he has to practice. Edit: is Naniwa in europe? If that was the case and he's willing to help, I bet Targa has big chances actually. | ||

I feel like somehow targa is going to win this tournament. He's the true dark horse of this tourney. It's crazy that he's gotten this far. As for nerchio vs MMA.....that just sucks.... I wanted nerchio to at Least have a chance to get to the ro4  | ||

I wish the foreigners would be rewarded with all-foreigner matchups for their wins over Koreans in the groups. Instead now it probably happens that there were a decent number of foreigner-over-Korean wins in the group stages but the Koreans still get all the top 5 spots in the end, not being punished for their group losses to foreigners in any way. | ||

I personally haven't seen Genius play for a long time but I'm going to suppose he's playing well, in which case I think the tossers are the strongest. Hasn't MMA's TvP been dodgy vs good protosses in recent times? | ||

Nerchio has really looked good in ZvT recently, but MMAs TvZ-winrate looks insane.* VortiX vs. Stardust: 2-3 Just as Nerchio, VortiX is looking really strong in all match-ups (judging from HotS-winrates on Aligulac), but Stardust unfortunately also has an insane winrate in PvZ. Targa vs. MC: 1-3 Worst match-up of both players, but Targa has recently pulled some up-sets in the match-up. Everything could happen here, but I'm decided to go with the more experienced player. MCs record also has far more Koreans. Genius vs. Duckdeok: 2-3 *shrugs* No clue, Duckdeok seems to have strong PvP. *If Nerchio makes it into the Ro4 and Stardust defeats VortiX, than Nerchio will go to the finals. According to Aligulac Nerchios record vs Stardust in September alone is 6-2. | ||
