This can't possibly be true. IM's LoL teams were always really bad, while their SC2 team has been consistently doing very, very well. No way they got LG because of their LoL squads who barely manage to make top 16 in OCL and never get more than groupstage exposure.

Holy crap... If i am to believe rumors SNM currently tranlates on his twitter we are going to see some serious changes on September 1st. Prepare for madness, ah, and MVP (team) fans: prepare to cry.

I find it ironic that after we were told how Kespa players would dominate once they switched most of the teams collapse and their players are retiring in hordes.
|
Rumor: kespa switching back to BW?
|
so much for the elephant hype
|
And so it begins... sad day for KR SC2 scene I realy hope IM , PRIME and MVP don`t disband and just moving from eSF to KeSPA.

It wasn't a bad prediction tbh. Things are just working out differently

an amateur brood war league with lots of good players. Lots of retired players are playing their. ..............
Would be sad if Bisu retires but I would love him to see play BW again. I became a fan of him along with Jaedong because their rivalry hooked me up to watch pro BW league and play it for a while. And that's the first match I saw, Jaedong won the series 3-2 by 6pool. lol

all the ex-bw players: SOSPA & SSL. Doors are open!

Clearly, he overestimated SC2's popularity in Korea.

If some of the players want to continue playing (like Classic, Trap, Dear, etc.) then I guess not everyone hates SC2 yo

Holy shit SNM's twitter. Read down to up.
Alex Kim @supernovamaniac 6m
MVP is going to hand over the LoL team to Khan, SC2 team is going to disband, and Prime is hoping that they'll pick up sponsor through KeSPA

IM Prime MVP out of eSF (ALL OF THESE ARE RUMORS BTW). IM working with KeSPA to get LG to sponsor.

They're preparing for LoL finals, and upcoming SC2 Proleague maybe its last.

Woongjin's still up in the air, Soul -> GSTL (confirmed), Bisu retires, KeSPA SC2 teams downsized to 5~6 people
Öffnen Alex Kim @supernovamaniac 8m
I'm going to translate what I just got on my personal twitter feed.

So unfortunate to hear STX dropped sponsorship of Soul, hopefully they'll be able to find a new sponsor soon.
Glad to see the coaches keeping the player's best intentions in mind by opening a new team house. Let's see if their partnership with Quantic pays off.

So Stork aint retiring for sure. He must have had the obligation to carry KHAN image until someone else step up (not RorO) Everyone should follow @supernovamaniac

Clearly, he overestimated SC2's popularity in Korea. He also overestimated how good the players would be, especially the big names.

fuck This ridiculous ammount of retiring never happened in BW.
