If sMi is looking to push forward as a LLC or a company, you will have different divisions such as Marketing, player management, consultants, operations manager, etc... You need to look at it from a business perspective not a naive one. | ||

Yes there is. I was comparing a $2-3MM start-up to a mid-level eSports team (that I like). There is indeed a huge difference between these two endeavors. The two founders of the team are very inactive and not that involved with the team that much other than when I need to consult them for some things or when they show some support for the team. We really only have two coaches and two managers (myself included), although one of the coaches does help with some management material. There are a number of things that need to be divided between us and that's why the management team looks that way. Furthermore, we don't just have the players listed in the OP.
