Round 6 begins!
Proleague really threw us for a loop this time as round 6 starts will directly after round 5. This means that you have only 10 hours to make your team. If you're reading this and the above countdown timer isn't at 0, then you're in luck! Tell your friends that the round is about to begin and that signups will close shortly.
Here are some important facts to know going into Round 6:
- Week 1 starters and maps can be found here.
- Round 6 will be the standard proleague format. Check to scoring section for more info.
- Round 6 will last from 6/3 to an unknown end.
- Matches will be played Saturday-Tues, same as last round.
- There will be 5-6 weeks of play.
- Removed players:
 Snow
- Added players: trOt
- No anti-team restrictions this time around.
- No player name changes!
How to Play
- You choose 6 players and 1 Pro Team that score points when they play well.
- You pick 3 players for your Anti-team as well. They lose you points when they play well.
- Players and teams can be traded between weeks for those valued less than them.

Team Selection
Main Team
+ Show Spoiler [Click to Show] +- Pick 6 players for your Main Team, including a captain who will be a tiebreaker
- Pick 1 Proleague team (i.e. STX, CJ, SKT, etc.)
- You cannot trade your captain (more on trading later)
- Your 6 players and 1 Proleague team cannot exceed 30 points in cost
- Your Main Team must contain at least one of each race at all times
Anti Team

- These players score points like Main Team players, but their score counts against you
- Your Anti Team must have a value of at least 13 points (minimum)
Basic Team Selection Strategy

- Pick players for your Anti Team who you believe will do worse than they did previously (overrated or slumping players)

Trading
Trading Rules

- Every player has a trade value, and you can only trade for players of lower value
- You will be limited to a maximum 2 Main Team and 1 Anti Team trades per week
- Trades do not carry over if unused
- Each time you trade, your team will be assessed a -1 point trade tax
Basic Trading Strategy
+ Show Spoiler [Click to Show] +- Check lineups each week! Players facing weak teams are generally more valuable.
- Don't make trades just for sake of making trades, as they cost you trade tax points and you may get stuck with a player you don't want
- The trade price formula takes into account number of matches remaining -- so players with more matches remaining will have higher prices
- You must trade for players with less value, but try to minimize the value loss. For example, if you trade someone worth 30 for someone worth 20, next week you can only trade the 20 for someone less. It's much better to trade the 30 for someone worth 29.
Groups
You will be able to create and join groups so you can compare your results with a smaller subset of the players, for example there might be a Staff Group, a First Time FPL Group, a USA Players Group, or a group created by you with just your friends.

Yeah, that's a small time window to make a team. Glad i checked before going to sleep, i love to create a PL team and see how it does. Last round was probably my best team, #216 overall.

He performed far far from abysmally, he just works better in Proleague format than All Kill anyway. I'd honestly prefer no all-kill rounds, they're just chaotic and I like seeing a wider range of players.

3-4 as CJs second ace in the all kill round is really bad when he was expected to take multi-kills.
Abysmally is probably an exaggeration but he did perform quite poorly.

The 'my team' tab doesn't show my team at all. Detailed team does though. Is that because the season hasn't started yet?

Trot is actually pretty decent (played him on ladder couple of times, he's high masters on korea) but I don't think he's at PL caliber yet.

I know the individual players' starting schedules are not revealed until a few days before the start of each week's matches, but I was wondering if the team schedules for R6 are available (beyond week 1). I suspect something funky is going on, since it's the final round, where the determination of teams' schedules are based on their overall standing. If someone knows more about this, please let me know.

Luckily I was not sleeping when it opened (didn't realize it just opened when it was around 7hours left ><), I wasn't able to participate in the fifth round but now I'm finally gonna change my captain from sOs to Bogus.

Well, that would be because there was about 18 hours between end of SPL R5 and start of SPL R6. And they had to wait until last matches finish, count the scores and do the values. Under the circumstances, it was surprising that we even had the 10 hour windows. Nothing TL staff could do, Kespa won't start SPL later because of FPL...
Only thing I wish for is, that next season we actually get fullout, whole season of FPL. All 6 rounds (or however much there will be next season) in 1 FPL.

I understand you are frustrated, I would be too in your position, but letting your frustration come out like you are doing now may lead to...counter measures taken against you.
At least now you know that there is a very short timeframe for some of the rounds of FPL to be open to signups for the next season, if you are very serious about FPL then I would advise you to make an alarm for the next season team registration so you won't miss it again.

Anyway we can open up a league of players who started a day late? I completely missed the window.
Or even just wait for the first week is finished and update values and let people sign up, I'd rather play with a handicap then not at all :/

I would like to have either early sign-ups open or late-signups with no points for first week or so. FPL is on of the main reasons I keep following proleague more intense. There was one round without FPL if I remember correctly, it just wasnt fun.

I signed up for R1. Missed R2, R3, R4, R5. Every single time I was pissed off, then I reminded myself:
- This is FANTASY Proleague.
- Costs no money, awards no money.
- You can have your own FANTASY team, just do the point arrangements yourself. You can comment on every single LR thread about your progress. If you're really spot on that your score is top 10, you have your post history as evidence.

Maybe they could implement some sort of feed you can suscribe to, which would give you the end of the current FPL round, and the start of the next one when it's known?

Yep, something is wrong here.
He'd be at a score of 8 if he had won his regular match which he didn't. Thus Flash should be at +5.
His opponent JangBi's score of 3 is also wrong. He ought to be at +2 only:
+1 appearance
+2 win
+1 ace appearance
-2 ace loss

Just noticed that the scores for all the KT and WJS players who won their matches are wrong. They should be at +4 (+1+2+1), not +5. Team wins scored twice perhaps? -- Apparently, all KHAN and CJ players who won their matches are also off by +1. So a recurring problem it would seem.

Probably because they are worth a decent amount of points and would be basically no brainer pick ups for anti teams. For example, I wanted to trade BaBy (plays 2 games this week) for Taeja because he could only earn a maximum of two points if EGTL won both their matches.

Also, the current trading countdown timer is set to end 8 hours after the next match will start. Let's not get teams deleted again because people were able to make adjustments after results were already in.

People(like me, and even monk) who had Kop on Anti and traded him away before he played still got the -5 from Kop winning. Best's points show up in the Main Team Detailed Player Stats but not in the Scoring breakdown(should be +4 in my case).

Looked at my team and noticed an alarming pattern
W1: 6p
W2: 20p
W3: 6p
W4: 24p
You trading guys should probably stay away from T1 this fifth week. :/

I never imagined a world where Fantasy would have earned me more points than Flash but I'm somewhat happy it happened.
Still a terrible season for me though, but I had fun and I'm never swapping out Best/Bisu and Barracks :p

Currently still showing for instance Stats with only 4 pts there (on "Stats" tab he's got +8 for the week).

I ended up 9th in round 6 and 19th overall which is pretty good I guess. Sadly I traded (badly) in round 1, otherwise I think I'd be the best no-trader.

I got #389 despite not being able to play the last round and rely too much on WJS past the first round.
Congrats to scarecrow. Lethal precision from him until the last round. Had he continue his trend, he would have had 150 more than the second. An interview is much needed.

Hm, yeah. You're right. He is missing 4 pts from CJ's last match vs KHAN on the final day of Round 6. He won his match vs JangBi (+1 +2) and broke his winning streak (+1). He only got +1 from CJ winning the match:

Look. Sometimes Hero(TL's hero) calls TL and asks for points. He's a very dedicated and fragile flower. And we thought that it would be ok if we just borrowed from Hero's (CJ's hero) point pool for the week because his happiness is very important to us.
