Love it when teams step up to the plate and decide that they want to help grow eSports from the ground up. It would be awesome if every team was able to run an academy like this. | ||

But it also takes a lot of time from an organizational standpoint on top of the added costs to make it worthwhile to players. It's very hard for teams to cover that cost on top of paying player salaries and trips and the like to have a professional roster that is relevant. | ||
