Considering the fact that they were able to come to an agreement regarding the "Translation alliance" or whatever it was they called it, and the fact that they both seem to joke around with each other a fair bit, I'd say it's not up to you or me or anyone but them to decide whether or not wozzot and Seeker are friendly.
