If this would happen iNcontrol or CatZ, I would make fist pump and cheer My birthday is the day of this TL attack and it would bring me to tears All JohnStamos wants is for his efforts to get noticed All of my years at school i was made fun of and goaded So please I beg of you Hotbid im starting to get sappy If you gave me a shout out and read this on stream I would be happy I know I have not sent in a cheerful or anything like that, But surely this is JohnStamos's time to shine, Im up to bat! And if you give me this chance, it will be a homerun I will be so happy and I promise it will be fun! kinda random but Catz is right about the British accents on Game of Thrones being because "that's what you want" for that kind of production. it's an American production based on a book series by an American author (and i'm pretty sure some of the actors are American), so it doesn't make sense otherwise for the accent to be in it. a girl i'm trying to get with is writing a paper on that exact issue and it seems i actually kinda listened to what she had to say about it.

Just a random note, no one before the 1800's (maybe later, I'm not being date accurate) spoke or sounded like modern British people. British accents just happen to be some random catch-all that Americans use for the Medieval era, the ancient Greeks, Spartans...as well as things like Russians/Germans/Ukrainians/etc. whenever a show chooses to use English rather than the proper language+subtitles.
In other words, to Americans, British is an acceptable substitute for any foreign Europeans or any old civilization.

It's also heavily influenced by English history (War of the Roses, Hadrian's Wall). And I'm sure it's no coincidence the whole continent is shaped like Great Britain. I think it being so reminiscent of medieval England makes it more believable and allows you to get more engaged in the universe.

Thank you so much your blog was an inspiration I was out of air but you have given me some respiration When I was down on Christmas and received no presents Your stream turned that around and somehow made it pleasant And most recently my birthday the day I hate most Its a reminder of how little Ive accomplished socially with no girlfriend to boast Last year for example I just cried all day Whats a life with no purpose I thought to myself in the rain Hows a life supposed to stay cool and sane I suppose its ironic that I'm saddest on my birth date But today now I feel spirited enough to end this 5 years of depression Started off in middle school when I got acne and got all that oppression But now I feel things are starting to look up and now I have a mission You provoked this change in me and all you did was listen My lyrics my mind they are all i've got at the moment But to me now they feel golden as if they are god sent But god didn't get me here you did And yes before I was feeling a little down And this Pm has indeed cheered me up in fact I feel quite proud In closing know I will always cheer for you you've been the only one to treat me like a human being So now your not just my favorite foreigner you've surpassed my favorite korean If ever you need a cheerful or are just looking for a message to pass the time Just PM me and I will spit forth and bring out the rhymes

well this was truly some under the radar super stealth shit considering it was an official event that wasn't even on the calendar a few hours before it began :o missed it entirely!
not like that's an issue for me personally, i'll watch the vod, but having two days' rather hidden notice is kind of weird for what should historically be an event worth a lot more than that.
