What you should actually do is pre order from amazon and get the betakey. Then u cancel the preorder, get all money back but keep the beta key. Then you wait untill release when you will be able to buy the game somewhere for 20-25$.

I was thinking of getting WoL + HotS for $60 on Battle.net but since I'll stick to my old WoL account, I'll just be getting HotS from Newegg instead. Anybody know how good the shipping is for preordering games from Newegg? I did want to play on the Newegg has three main hubs in USA, east, central, and west. if they have SC2 in all of those areas, then youll get your SC2 3 days total including the date of order. therefore, if you order on monday, you get it by wednesday. if the item is only in one location, and you live 2 coasts from that location(east to west), then youll get the item in 5 days. therefore, if you order on monday, you get your SC2 by Friday. Newegg rarely exceeds such days from my experience.

Yeah I'm trying to figure out what Newegg's policy is on shipping pre-orders. Do they start shipping only after 03/12? Cuz that would be way too slow for me. If it were at least starting to ship say on Monday, I would be more inclined. And I'm assuming you're no more than 2-3 states from NJ then.

you have to use super saver for free shipping I live in florida so its pretty quick considering but then again I can wait the extra 2 days for a 20 dollar discount some people can't

Instead of giving your money to Amazon or Newegg, isn't it better to spend the bucks on TeamLiquid.net?

Latest could be morning of release, I have no idea how people in america would wait more than 1 day for delivery, funny how slow the shipping-system there is. It's a really big country with a lot of people. Logistics.

It is CD key that you get by mail. It doesn't matter though because right now 25 euro is ca 34 dollars. So more expensive than this new egg. Oh, but you get it immediately upon release. Kind of changes things?
