• open it
• choose "change display text + region" option and select which region and UI language you want
• choose what installation destination your SC2 have
• click "relocalize"
• play in that region

You can have ANY voice pack in ANY region. Just after relocalization, open Relocalizer again and choose other Voice Asset

I has this problem earlier, I used the repair tool found on one of the tabs of the launcher just in case and then I logged into the battle.net website.

Then I tried to login starcraft 2 and it worked.

For anyone getting unhandled exception error/cant access agent.db file, I used this and it worked for me: uncheck the hidden box for the agent.db file and run the relocaliser.exe as an administrator (by rightclicking on the exe).

So I already had starter edition of EU, which had a random ass name on it. Now it has given me full EU, but no name change. Guess that's just not implemented since it still thinks I'm on starter edition on the website?

edit - Actually I have no name change on NA either now wtf lol

@ just played a game on kr server, its not that much delay from eu to KR, about 0,8 secish? quite playable

Is anyone else only getting Starter Edition access when they switch using the relocalizer? It seems like it's working for other people, but I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
